Hotel employee was very nice, food was good

Very nice hotel , very hospitable staff , kind people, and the breakfast was very delicious

The room air conditioner was good

1- Parking is not as promised. If you arrive after 10 pm it is almost impossible to find a spot. Before that, you often need to double park and ask reception to create or free a space.2- Reception hours are limited, which is very unusual for a hotel advertised as 4 stars.3- Rooms are outdated and not 4-star quality, more like 3 stars or less.4- The lobby feels more like a hospital reception than a hotel.5- The balcony view was very disappointing, facing an empty property, which really was a waste for advertising that my room have a balcony.6- Location is inconvenient, about a 20-minute walk or 8-minute drive to Riva del Garda town center.

1-staff of housekeepers One of the staff shout to me when I try to say just take the carbage without cleaning the full room 2- the breakfast was not good taste and staff3-At the time of check out instead asking how was your stay they said you have to pay 800+euro while I paid in advanced and after discussion they said we are sorry ?

Good location, clean, well kept hotel.

No vegetables at breakfast. We decided to add dinner at the hotel for the price of 30€ plus drinks and unfortunately were very disappointed with the quality of the food.

It really was a beautiful palace with a spa feel and wonderful pool, sauna options with the most fabulous breakfast.

Big room, nice balcony, lots of breakfast options. The outdoor pool seemed great, unfortunately we did not use it because of the weather. Sauna was decent.

Coffee was not great, unless you asked for it directly from staff, then they would bring a good cappuccino. Felt a little bit crowded everywhere.We couldn't use the inside pool because there were lots of kids jumping and screaming everywhere.

The room was nice and spacious. Pool area is rather large + there is a happy hour at the pool bar :) Breakfast buffet is large with plenty of choices.

The staff in the dining area was often a bit confused and couldn’t help us.

At first I felt like I didn’t like the place but it had everything you need and bikes which is perfect to have for the area. Also, it was most amazing breakfast I had with the best croissants made by the chef ?

The interior design feels outdated but it’s very solid and doesn’t matter because everything else was great!

Very welcoming and helpful staff at Hotel Savoy, which had a great choice at breakfast and the meal we had at the hotel was also good. A decent walk of 20 mins along the Lake shore to get to the town centre. Where there are a good selection of shops with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Utterly stunning scenery everywhere with many things to do and see, a car not essential but widens your options to explore some amazing places in all directions .

Wi-fi at the hotel was not very good . Weather was a let down but always a gamble in October.

Location of hotel was spot on everything was a five minute walk away,staff couldn't do a enough for you.

Sadly the room was a bite small and outdated some parts of the hotel could do with a little lift.
