The price was good. They accept pets. Breakfast included.

Buzzing noise in the room, also a LOT of strange light sources from the appliances in the room. Earplugs and eye covers, if you ask me.

Incredible property. Pool was beautiful, staff was helpful and kind. Rooms were neat and spacious, and the entire place felt well maintained.

There was no laundry unfortunately.

We liked everything. Hotel staff was very welcoming and kind. Good rooms with big balcony and good views. Very good breakfast. Close to center, you can rent a bike from hotel for a cheap price or go buy foot.Thank you!

Great facilities. All ammenities. Good bedroom, good location - it is not in downtown Riva, but I did not want that. Walking distance to town and to neighbor town Arco (you should go there btw).

Clean rooms, enough parking space and heating working accordingly. The hotel is kid-friendly which is a plus for me. Pizzeria and Bar next to the hotel was a good surprise.

It's not that I didn't like but they have only one lift - so the checkout was bit delayed. I understand the hotel was packed for the holidays, so there is also that.

I booked the hotel room and I got a message saying I did not have a balcony. I could not cancel the booking at that stage because the cancellation was not free at that stage….cheeky! The wifi didn’t work and the receptionist didn’t care. She just said ‘ maybe too many people are using the internet at this time’ Really????the internet never worked at any time of the day!!!! In the morning the same receptionist chased me down the car park as I was living and started to shout ‘you did not pay for the room and why did you leave your dog in the room? She accused me of abandoning my dog and for not paying for the room in front of other guests! How embarrassing ? I said I was sure booking.com had charged me for the room and there was a misunderstanding so I paid and said ‘ how dare you accuse me of leaving my dog behind? This woman is so rude and horrible…I really hope you don’t have to deal with her!

It had wellness area with sauna jacuzzi and steam room.The staff were friendly and helpful.It was not too busy but still easy to get to town and explore the area

The breakfast was very hearty and delicious. The hotel also provided us with a Garda Guest Card which allowed us to use the public transportation throughout for free and we received several discounts for some services.The location is also pretty close to the centre and can be reached also with a bus stop which is directly at the hotel.The rooms were super clean but very basic. The bathroom and the shower cabins were really small and it was a struggle for someone tall and big. Otherwise everything was top-notch.

Simple hotel but everything is good. The beds, hygiene, swimming pool, breakfast, bar. You’re near Riva and Arco.

The airco system was not the strongest

Lovely staff and very clean rooms and communal areas.You're surrounded by mountains and the lake is a brilliant place to chill.

Beds are hard and the air conditioning isn't cool enough.It is a good 20min walk into the center, not a problem for us, but some people may struggle if they have mobility problems.

I loved the breakfast. It was delicious and good variety.

My room was extremely small. The worst was shower cabin, I literally was barely able to step in inside. I asked for an upgrade and I would’ve paid anything to get a proper shower, but they said they were fully booked. I wanted to check out early, but they refused to give me a refund, only offered 2€ city tax refund. Honestly, absolutely not suitable for solo travelers.. Location - disaster. One evening there was a thunderstorm and I walked by foot from Riva del garda centre. I got soaked! Went to the bar and asked if they could give me a bottle of water, and I paid 4€ for it. Honestly, this is NOT a good hotel and I have no clue who decided it is worth 3*, it really IS NOT! The only good thing about this place is good quality coffee and breakfast.
