Lovely location with its own waterfront and windsurfing facilities, a little cafe-bar there too

If you’re not windsurfing it would be better to stay in town at Riva del Garda. The room was generally clean, but the shower was a bit moldy in the corners and the grout. Breakfast is just OK.

The lake is amazing, breakfast is very good, room is so clean.

Laidback and location for windsurfing & Wingfoiling is perfect! Beautiful views as well! Staff was also very helpful! Parking is tight dur to location... but manageable.

Best place for watersports like wingfoiling, windsurfing. It has also school, equipment for renting, safe place for learning. Staff very friendly and very good breakfast. Private/safe parking.I am always happy to return.

I was a bit scared of certain comments from other guests but the reality is the hotel exceeded my expectations! Breakfast is really good, the locations is beautiful and in the middle of nature, the restaurant right in front of the lake is superb. We're not surfers and still loved the hotel and the vibe and overall decoration. We went to the lake to look at people doing windsurf and loved it. Plus the staff is smiley, attentive, and polite.

To be honest there's not much to mention here. The only thing I can think of is they could offer a better shampoo. Additionally, it is true the beach is 95% aimed at windsurfers. They could add some more space for people not doing windsurf. In any case, nothing too bad.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for the windsurf school. We arrived late and the lady at reception was super nice and friendly. The next morning Elia at reception was extremely helpful in suggesting a nice walk from Riva del Garda. Thanks Elia and the whole stuff! We hope to visit again next year

Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Perfect location for windsurfing. Could be charming during off-season with some more effort from the owners.

So many small things could be improved easily. But you can see that there is little incentive as long as the hotel is packed most of the time.

Easy way to reach water to take a swim even without surfing. Fantastic breakfast! The most good smell having shower gel of all time. Great view

No soap at the room, not the best hotel if you would like to do some tour seeing as the bus is not comfortable so it is still needed a car to go any of the 2near cities. Too early check out

Everything was great. Friendly staff, great location for swimming and surfing, room was very clean and comfortable, the lake’s view was amazing. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of choice.

Location by the surf school was ideal. Very clean but basic, however sufficient for a short stay. Good breakfast options to suit all tastes.I can recommend the beach side Bistro next to the hotel. Good menu options, very friendly and excellent with children. Very good Tiramisu too!

Do get deck chairs early on the lakeside terrace or they will be towelled, with the reservations made by those already out sail or wind surfing.Parking tight and a bit chaotic, but doable.There is no Resturant at the Hotel and the coast road trip in is interesting (only by car or limited public transport), but I can recommend the beach side Bistro next to the hotel. Very good Tiramisu! More than compensates.

The spot is perfect for windsurfers. Good facilities for storing windsurfing equipment and a great rental center on the premises.

Uncomfortable beds and the rooms need renovation. Don't go here if you're not a windsurfer. But if you're a windsurfer the downsides are compensated by the great location on the lake!

Quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly staff. If you are looking for a place directly on the lake with direct access to the water and great wind surfing, this would be the perfect place for you. If you want easy, walking access to shops and restaurants this is NOT the place for you.

No walking access to shops or restaurants; on-site restaurant closes around 20:00 for dinner. Parking a bit difficult.

Old looking but clean and nice hotel. Huge balcony with lake view. Also nice variety of food breakfast.

Hotel is situated faw away from the actual Limone city so we need to travel everywwhere by a car, since there was just a busy road right between hotel and a beach/pier. Beach was just a pier for surfists, which was expected.
