Life Point Hotel

Location is perfect and at the heart of Trabzone center and near a lot of restaurants and shopping centersCleanliness of the propertyPrice is quite reasonableStaff cooperation

Our room is a little pit small and there is no enough storage closets

Great hotel in an excellent location. We stayed for 5 nights in a two-bedroom apartment and it was superb, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were even checked in early when we arrived in the morning. The main square is just a few minutes walk, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended.

Close to the shops - that’s it!

Mosquitoes hive in our room! Staff were not engaging. No welcome or help with our baggage. Low quality breakfast.

Amazing location, specious rooms and friendly staff, I just wished if breakfast was available before 8.00 am

Very close to the center, Good priceNice and helpful staff

Location close to shopping streets, town square, and walking path along the coast .Friendly staff.

Nice hotel in a great location to explore the city. Nice breakfast.Helpful reception staff with good standard of English.

It was nice stay in Life Point Hotel. Hotel staff received with a nice smile and took care of entire stay. Arranged airport transfer and daily trips to tourist attractions in Trabzon in a nice comfortable vehicle specially for my family. Breakfast is very good even for vegetarians, lots of vegetables, breads and other options. Location of hotel is apt... In city centre and very close to Maydan Square.. lot of shops nearby. Highly recommended to stay even reasonable and economical. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. Hotel staff is always approachable and helping for any requirements.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is excellent specially Mr. Ramez, clean.. The staff helps in everything..... Location in the city center, everything is near the hotel. Close to the airport, 10 minutes drive.. Next time we will only book at the Life Point Hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel and the nice staff

Perfect location, quiet and comfortable room. I like it very much. Breakfast a little poor but it only one what is not ideal. I like all another very much

Close to the city centre, very spacious and beautiful breakfast.

The breakfast buffet did not serve coffee you had to pay for it which was quite disappointing.

It was clean, location was just excellent, and the staff were helpful.

I liked everything.

Great stay, great food, comfortable and great location

Slight smell from the bathroom.

Good location.

Air vents are dirty. Bathroom and shower not functioning properly. The worst is that I told the hotel about the issues and no action was taken.

Staff were helpful and good breakfast.

AC didn't cool well. TThe hotel is located at the heart of the city, however, you may find it hard to find the location on google maps. If it is the case, then call the hotel, they will assist.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major attractions and dining options. I recommend booking a room with a city view for an even more memorable stay.

Location

Toilet, beds and car park facilities

The location was central. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled wonderful. The staff were professional and helpful. The AC worked perfectly, which was crucial for us. The breakfast was simple and continental but genuinely delicious. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

No soundproofing; we could hear people in the hallway, and they could hear us. The double bed had two mattresses pushed together, which was uncomfortable. There was no coffee at breakfast. The lobby is cramped, and the breakfast area is dim and small. However, these minor issues did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The staff were super helpful, location is amazing in the heart of city center, I stayed in the 2 bedroom with sea view and honestly everything was perfect.

Staff is very hospitable and always open to help you with any question. Location is very good. It's placed in the center, you can reach local markets and it's approximately 10 min walk till sea promenade. Staff is very helpful in tour organization.
