- The economy room was super small.even there was no place for luggage.The toilet was broken, even when I asked to change it, they brought another broken toilet seat.The bathroom was super small and almost impossible to use. Water came into the room from toilet.There was no trash basket.There was no fridge in the room.The water boiler didn’t work well.The blanket was super small and thin.The street was very noisy.The staff didn’t know English.

Nice place, cheap and cosy, has some parking lots. Perfect location, 3 minutes to sea or city center. Polite and helpful concierge.
Breakfast is not that delightful. Enough to have a quick bite, but if you prefer to start your day with quality food and good coffee you might want to find a cafe or other place to eat on your own.

-It was the only hotel available at my vacation dates that fits my budget, I booked with a lot of hesitation after reading the reviews.- I was surprised it is not that bad. The hotel is just fine if you are spending the day outside and you come back to shower and sleep.-The room is good and clean enough. -The bathroom is clean but needs renovation.-The staff do their job properly.They helped us get a Taxi to the airport.All in all everything was just fine and I don't regret it.

The service was exceptional.. in some way. When we arrived at 5PM, the guy at reception told us to wait for 1-2hr because 'other client paid extra money and extended his stay in your room'.No discount has been offered, no excuses were made, the receptionist himself was really aggressive.Hard to reach by car, permanent water lake and black mold in the bathroom.
Good and clean hotel, the staff are very kind, there is an elevator and the internet is fast throughout the hotel and very close to Trabzon Medan

But reception guy don’t know English language well and said that I must to pay $ 12, but price in Booking.com was different. I just said that I want to make a checkout because my bus to Ankara will arrive soon. Then he said that I must pay $ 12 for check out. As result I paid $ 12 for nothing. Not recommended. Also I’ll report about this hotel in my YouTube channel.

very good value for money, room was very clean almost like new, staff was helpful, close to maydan and has a partial see view
The view was pleasant!
1-The sheets had ***** stains all over, I informed the staff and asked for the sheets to be replaced, after 10 min of trying to explain (they don't speak English at all) they gave me a new sheet to cover the stained one, THEY SIMPLY THREW THE NEW COVER ON THE BED AND LEFT, I HAD TO FIX IT MYSELF... 2-The toiletries in the WC were used (half a shampoo bottle, no roll paper) the toilet seat is inside the shower area that is open to the lavatory, hence water was always every where, extremely messy and slippery... 3-Before I checked out the last day, I scanned the room prior to packing, and I found an old slipper and tons of dust under the bed (see attached pictures)

The staff were in general kind and supportiveThe only thing that could change my mind abt them, it that they charged me (water/drink/and chocolate) to be used from the minibar although I didn't use any of them.After long negotiation, they limited it to carbonated water. I was realky disappointed that treated me as if I was liying. Although I found a bottle of carbonated water two days before under the bed! And brought it back to the receptionist.It is not good to treat customer as liyer while you are mistaken. Anyway I paid what they requested but left the property with disappointment ??My advice for the new customers : MAKE SURE TO TAKE PHOTOS FOR THE MINIBAR and THE ROOM AS WELL while CHECK-IN
