SWEET HOME SUiTE HOTEL

Next the airport

Upon arrival they gave us a smaller room than what we booked and made us pay more because of availability.

Its location and style and speed of entry procedures and there are games for children next to the parking.

its a shame that this hotel claims to be 4 star. it is not more than 2 starI guess you get what you pay for

Central location in Trabzon. Good size fridge and it has a washing machine.Good buffet.

Bathroom size was below average. Small shower area and small wash basin.

The suite was perfect, clean, tidy, location was very good, staff was very helpful, breakfast is good, has several options. Omar was so nice, he speaks arabic, I already booked another stay at this hotel, highly recommended as the location is close to airport and to the city center and quite at the same time

Wifi isnt so good

Good budget stay. Equivalent to Dubai’s 2-star hotels. 5 min drive from Trabzon Airport. Not related to hotel by at the airport there was no taxi for large families, better book your airport pickup prior.

Had to call and follow-up multiple times to get them to do basic cleaning. Breakfast was good.

I don’t recommend it.

-Requested a foldable bed but they give other people that requested after me and they kept promising until I left the hotel.-There are only one elevator that you to wait long time for it.

Location, it is just opposite to the airport so no need to checkout early to reach the airport.

First of all this hotel shouldn't call themselves as 4 stars hotel. It is more as furnished apartments. No one will take your bags up to the room or bring it down for you, even though i informed him i am checking out when i went to bring the car. The pictures of the hotel is well taken but reality is far away from it.The internet is horrible, limited to few numbers of connections, if you are late no internet for you!The breakfast is poor, the fries are done with cold oil and soo oily. The ventilation of bathroom is very bad, always bad smell from there.Clean is not done well, under bed is full of leftovers and the bed sheet are not 100% clean. At the end i had to complete my stay with them since it is non refundable reservation.

Location is nice

1- The staff are very rude and arrogant2- The bathroom has a very bad smell3- They clean only when you ask them, and mostly forget to clean at all, or forget to take trash, replace towels, etc.4- Wi-Fi always has problems.5- The view is blocked by a huge building 6- The pictures for the view on the webpage are totally different.7- The booking was non-refundable, so I stuck with this hotel

The stuff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was a buffet with varieties of delicious plates.

The room wasn't as shown in the picture, it was small, the room wasn't that clean, and contained bugs.

Very close to airportClose to Arab restaurant Helpful staff

Poor breakfastNo breads No coffeeNo omeletNot variant I tried for the first day only and didn’t go for the rest of days

The room was good and very clean with w great staff they had and perfect breakfast i have ever tried

The only thing is they can install more digital stuff to avoid asking or doing things manually

The location is so good it’s right behind the airport and everything is near by Food Groceries etc The staff are the best they were friendly and so helpful I will be staying here if I came back to Trabzon

There was nothing good about the hotelThey changed me double the price that i booked with because they saw that i have a six year old child which i mentioned when i made the reservation

I didn't like that at 10 pm at night i arrived at the hotel and they they said you either pay double the price or go find another hotel They have bad manners

Near from the airport

Noisy and the mattress not comfortable at all . Also what I reserved different from what they gave me!

pretty much everything was good, friendly stuff: Hkan was very helpful, the food is good, close to the airport

Everything really it was wonderful , its only 5min from Airport & 10 min From the Center of Trabzun , the price for what you get is totally deserve . Staff talking English and they help you with anything you ask .

Nothing , it deserve 10 out of 10

the location since it is near to grocery stores and restaurants

the hotel needs renovations and the staff were bot helpful .

3 stars max. don't take hotel in Trabzon less than 5 stars

small room comparing with the declared at the booking, not 4 stars at all in respect to facility, cleanness

Worst in Trabzon

Not clean Old furniture Bad smell
