Good breakfast. Nice rooms.

Not “beachfront” at all! There is no “beach”. The walkway along the water is across a huge and dangerous freeway which is pretty complicated to cross. “Beachfront” needs to be removed from the description and replaced by “noisy freeway front”. Lots of road noise. No beach.

Staff were super kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was diverse and fresh. rooms size are good.

there r no staff who can talk English, they don't know how to welcome their guest. don't provide any mineral water except first day.

They rooms need some renovation

hotel is good. rooms is okay but some times smoke snell, and noisily from the road in the room.

on the parking near hotel from my car was stolen few devices for $600 and they have not any security cam there.

we’ve booked a deluxe room, but was given much cheaper one without any explanation. when I tried to ask for the reasons they said all rooms are booked but the hotel was empty

Excellent hotel room with great location. Bit of black sea view. Very well furnished and beautifully decorated room. Most importantly very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Private parking area. Great value for money.

Breakfast wasn't great unfortunately. Ac wasn't cooling the room, only the fan was working. Weather wasn't that hot so it was okay. Apart from these two issues it was a great stay.

Big rooms

First night we stay in 1bed rooms with extra bed and moved to our deluxe rooms next day!Out of 3 persons in reception, only 1 of them can talk english and he is in morning.Parking space is in street and sometimes full.Rooms are non-smoking but there is heavy smoke smell in corridors which comes in room very regularly Generally it has a weak management.

Our room was really spacious and clean. All the necessities were there. Breakfast was also nice. We also had a sea view from our room, which was really nice. The hotel itself is in a nice location, but far from the city centre, so only good if you have a car.

Some of the furniture need to be renewed or restored.

Staff only talk Turkey. They can't understand guests language (no Arabic no English)

I booked a room for 2 and one five year old child and when I arrived there was no extra bed or couch to use as an extra bed. I asked the staff for extra bed and after a lot of argument he brought a broken portable bed with dirty blanket.We asked for extra blanket and he said we don't have that during summer season!!!!

The safes don't work. We spoke multiple times to the stuff to fix this problem, but couldnt. So throughout our stay, we couldn't leave our valuables in the rooms. I think they should solve this issue.

- Most do not understand English or Arabic and find it difficult to communicate.- The room for the first time was clean but the daily cleaning is not good especially the cleanliness of the towels

the manager was very helpful and the staff are friendly also the price was good to me against the services and location at all i like it
