Grand Vuslat Otel

Location and staff were good. Warm welcome. House Keeping, all of staff very helpful

alot of construction in the hotel and outside the hotel, there is building new constructions make alot of noise.

Great location. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was excellent and far better than advertised. Staff were courteous and professional.

The hotel did not provide free parking as advertised, which caused confusion at the time of check-in. There is at least one club across the street that will blast music until around 1am on weekends.

The hotel was in the prime location with excess to all the activity.

The room was average. There was broken lamp, furniture was to old, bathroom shower area was dirty.

Location

Stuff, I forget the key in the room, did not give another While other people have 2 keys!!!

Breakfast very basic

Location is excellent but was tricky to find and off the main road, but overall wasn't terrible to check in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with all requests. Wifi speed was good for what is expected.

Bathroom cleanliness was sub-par. some mold and shower was a bit unclean. General room was clean enough though. Breakfast wasn't great, could do a lot better with some more options and some fresh food versus fruit and vegetables which seemed to have been cut a day or so beforehand.

Rooms are bigThe location is very good

Breakfast was included..but quality of food is not good.No tissues in the room!No iron..only ironing facilities which you have to pay for.

The location is perfect, one minute walking to the Meydan, staff are friendly and willing to help.

No ventilation system in the bathroom, electricity issues in the second bedroom, quite noisy during the evening as there is a cafe next to the hotel.

excellent location in the heart of trabzon meydanbig rooms

The hotel staff are good location good

it is a simple old one

There was only one room left with two separate beds and we booked it, we asked if it was possible to upgrade the room for free, so that there would be one large bed. We were given an upgraded room for free.We had a lot of luggage so the staff helped us carry our bags to our room.

Very great location for Meydan and restaurants

Very long time for checking in. And the room was not ready 100%.

The staff are so friendly and supportive. The location is in the center of Maydan which is excellentRooms are spacious and cleanBreakfast was tasty with good vriaties.

I was a solo American traveller staying in Room 203. The room & bathroom were both spacious. Shower facilities excellent & so was the location just off the central square. No shortage for restaurants or cafes nearby. The English-speaking staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Aisha who, I thought, went above & beyond to book me a personal driver for a trip to Sumela & even recommended other worthy stops. Also, I arrived very late, & check-in was still a breeze. The property arranges reliable taxi service too. And the air conditioning in the room was very good. And the breakfast was just what one needed to get the day going.

I didn’t notice any coffee offerings at breakfast, just tea. That’s not a deal breaker as the minute you step outside the hotel, you are surrounded by a plethora of all kinds of cafés (from traditional to modern espresso-style).

Spacious rooms

Slow Wifi, lumpy pillows

Good position, walkable distance from the city center. Beautiful views to the sea. Big parking lot in a cramped neighborhood.
