Funda Hotel

This hotel is very bad I can tell that the management , stuff & the regulations of the hotel was so bad , the facility was so bad , I want to cancel my reservation because of deteriorating situation In the hotel but they refuse to refund my money

Every thing in this hotel I dislike , the way of stuff dealing with guests, the room & the way of begging the money

Nice hotel, comfortable room, and helpful staff — especially one staff member from Iraq who was very kind.

The location was perfect, with taxis readily available outside, close to the airport, and within walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was great, and we appreciated the complimentary dessert with a welcome letter. The receptionists were also very friendly.

The only thing I would like to mention is the hair dryer—the one in our room looked like it was about to give up, although it was still working. Otherwise, everything was great!

We booked a room with a sea view, paying an extra fee, but the view was quite narrow. Overall, the hotel was pleasant.

Some of the staffs are very helpful while others ignore that you are their customer Hesham who arranges the trips was caring. He follows up with customers asking for their feedback about every trip to improve the service.

On the other hand, when we were leaving the hotel, the hotel window cleaners would not help me when I dropped a bottle. They pointed out to a trash bin across the street . A passing by taxi driver helped me taking the broken bottle from me to the trash bin.Helping the customer even with a simple thing is essential to shape the impression of the customer about the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful. Services were always provided very fast. The hotel manager checked in with guests for feedback during breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise.
