The employes were very distant, only one of them spoke English. No personal relationship.

Almost nothing

The property contacted one of our group member a few hours ago our arrival and offered to change the hotel. The travel was planned for 10 people and because hotel asked 2 of them to change we agreed for equivalent staying arrangement. Unfortunately the place we were moved was totally below than described and expected. The hotel employee told us it is just 5 mins away from center however it was 30 mins on foot. And one of our friend has disability. He is using crutch so it was really terrible experinece that hotel made us to face.Beside the breakfast was not satisfied at all, we could hardly find something in normal taste. And the restaurant was almost in the street where people passing actively.Also the hotel is noted as 4 star in booking. And we paid accordingly. But the hotel we were offered was 3 star and we relized it once we were taken to the hotel. While we were asking to hotel staff on this regard, they told it doesn’t matter, both of the hotels are on the same level. Considering this it seems we can generalize the experince for this stay.

The hotel was very good and very clean. The staff were kind and polite. The location is excellent, close to the beach and Meydan. The car service was also very good.

It is located in area very close to the sea and facilities, old bazaar and like few minutes walk to Trabzon square. At my reservation there was a good discount and value was great breakfast is served at good quality and variety. Staff friendly and supportive

There are no sign to add on the door asking for cleaning or privacy which mean that some time we need to wake up late but the cleaning lady conk the door an wake up us to ask if we need cleaning or not also path room is small

I have paid and booked their property but they gave us another property as original hotel was full occupied.

Nothing like The reception transfer us to another Hotel but it was so bad , far away from the center ,not clean. AC is not working properly..

The stay was not good there was an issue in the parking of car even the rooms lack the overall cleanliness I had to request water and tissues Breakfast is pathetic

It was well maintained and very clean, simple access from highway with free parking yet short walk to the main square.

The breakfast was very low quality with very little diversity and money items are only available up on request.

I can say, very cheap breakfast. It doesn’t justify the extra money for it.

The hotel is in a great location, it is 3 minute walk to the downtown or seaside. The staff is somewhat professional, but they do try their best. I arranged a VIP tour to Sumela Monastery and Uzungol, there were some issues but they managed to resolve it. The breakfast was so so. I have stayed in better places for the same amount of money. Overall I rate it somewhat fair.

I wouldn't call it very clean. It definitely needs a deep cleaning, maybe even a restoration.

They are clean and some of the staff nice mohamed syrian but the rest were fine

We were given a very bad condition rooms that are not at the hotel page they were bad the rooms small but day after it was changed to a 180 degree deferent rooms was comfortable clean tv is not smart and all turkish channels paper cups are supplied at the room and if you ask for cups you get the paper too Towels not good they dont even absorb the water and some Turkish staff had an attitude and ignore requests not helpful and they dont know english google translate was the communication solution . Water kettle damaged but they replaced it iron was dirty like burnt cloth stuck to it literally you have to return everything thing back and ask for new one

Just location was good

rooms are very noisy, you can easily hear what happening next room. Breakfast was horrible, not enough selection, food was not tasty and cold like was prepared the day before. NOT hot water was coming during the evening in the bathroom.

Staff are supportive and have a variety of breakfast

I stayed on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, there was a persistent unpleasant smell, likely coming from the sewage system. It seemed to be specific to that floor, and I have already informed the hotel staff about it. I recommend avoiding the 6th floor unless you check the room condition upon arrival during check-in.
