Only stayed 3 nights but the hotel has great rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception were very helpful / really friendly.Trabzon is a beautiful city with lots of amazing view whilst walking to your destination.

Only one thing upset us when one of the guests entered our room in the mid of the night and it took long time from the management to check the camera but at the end they change our room to another one

First of all the woman at the desk, she never smiled, treated you as though the room was being given for free. Any question I asked her, I was immediately treated as though I was stupid, plus to add to the insult she Would turn and speak her language Rudely, even though she spoke English. They do not give you any napkins and sometimes only one toilet paper. NO iron in the room, no top sheet, blanket very thin, table in room should be larger,tv only in Turkish language.

Location 5 minutes drive from airport, 10 minutes to centre. Very clean and nice sea view, friendly staff. Nearby arabic food restaurant.Taxi cost 20TL to airports and about 30TL to centre depending on traffic

The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. All the staff are friendly, courteous and caring. The breakfast is also good. I recommend the rooms with terrace. We stayed as a family. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is close to the airport and the shopping mall.

We arrived late in the early morning, the room wasn't clean or ready! Nothing was there,,then we waited 30 m to move to another room.
