Aqua pool

✅No balconies to dry your wet stuff.No special place to dry them in the bathroom as well!✅Staff with poor knowledge of English.They barely understand what you are asking for,so don't expect that any of your requests will be fulfilled.✅Restaurant with literally 3 tasteless dishes✅Aweful location,very far from the city center ✅No other restaurants (at list normal) around and as the hotel is located on the highway,without a car you are doomed...✅ Outdoor pool is nice,but oovercrowded as they allow countless people from the outside and it's impossible to relax or swim properly.✅Indoor pool works whenever they are in the mood and it can be used during the day only by ladies and till midnight only by men (during ten days I spent there,I only had opportunity to use it once)...✅ Breakfast -boring,most of the salads tasteless,no coffee...✅No place to hang out in the hotel.Whenever you are done with pool and your meal,only thing you can do is sit in your room.Overall, the hotel has potential to be normal

The view only

The AC kept switching off every 30 minutes, making it impossible to sleep at night.When we booked, the listing mentioned a free airport shuttle, but upon arrival we were told this was not true — only a 20% discount was offered.The manager at reception was unfriendly and dismissive, saying it was not their problem and that we should contact Booking.The lift was also extremely slow and overcrowded during busy times.

Good breakfast

The rooms weren’t clean enough and even when we requested cleaning it was poor , they didn’t change the sheets not even once during the week that we stayed in , you can hear all the noise from the corridor.

The room was spacious enough and the staff were decent

I did like the location it was a bit far from the center of the city, so no close activities to be done around much except for the swimming pool and walking on the sea shore. the buffet was not diverse enough to accommodate other nationalities. Making up rooms was done on surfaces only no vacuuming or well cleaning the restroom. Lastly electrical cuts occurs multiple times during our stay

Very bad history would never be repeated.

The standard is not even up to that of a three-star hotel. Many three-star hotels listed on Booking are far superior. The staff is untrained, the swimming pool is extremely crowded, the beach is public, the rooms are poor, and the service is weak. I left the place on the same day I arrived, and the staff didn’t even ask why.

Average property, dull and nothing special

The staff has zero professionalism, zero experience in hospitality. I think they were hired last minute without and training and/or orientation. The reception is extra disastrous. They have no idea what they’re doing

It was a great place with joyful water slides.

The parking in front of the hotel was always full and I had to park my car far from the hotel entrance.

The water park and children's pool were very clean and good and safe for two children, one year old and six years old

The hotel is far from the city and the breakfast time is short and the items are not charged ,and the reception does not speak English, Lack of high chairs for children and no crib.

Swimming pool is too crowded due to outer guest coming for water park games

Breakfast was bad they even close the air conditioning and lights at 10 am exactly! the air condition is controlled by the reception! Location not good, the pool timing is stupid from 10 am to 6 pm we didnt have the chance to use it at all

Staff were very helpful, i had a problem in my room and they fix it immediately

Amazing Resort Hotel.I like the location it's close to the beach ⛱️ , restaurants, the cleanliness. I love how big the room is and how quiet it is. The staff is helpful & and very kind, always have smile on their face. I would stay here again in my next Trabzon journey.

Everything was awesome ?

The location was really clear to reach, the sea view. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The facilities were good & clean rooms. The breakfast was tasty, good varieties with nice portions. It’s a good value for money. I fully recommend this place & definitely will be back.
