FIRST JOY HOTEL

Location Staff (very good staff)Kids playroom

Lights Air-con, we were not able to change the temperature. In one room it was cold and in the other room it was warm.

Location, Services, cleanliness and kind staff

The rooms are close to each other, so you won’t be able to sleep well because of the noise from the neighborhood. You can hear everything, even the snoring while people are sleeping

Location View Cleaning Staff Wide roomsBalcony

Only two lifts available which are not enough

Was great and clean .. breakfast was great and staff are super helpful

Mainly, the rooms were good enough to stay and the beds are comfortable. The location was very near to airport and other markets. The view was beautiful. The food was delicious and various.

Cleaning the room and changing the bed covers were not daily performed. Breakfast duration shall be continued up to 11 am

Very clean hotel, well maintained hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was decent; could have more variety and better tasting food options

Special to these staff members below and as well as other reception staff members. The breakfast chef was amazing and knows how to work under stress, was able to make the food in a timely manner.THANK YOU FOR ALL!!HulyaMeltem Sibel Ceyda

Nice breakfast and my kids enjoyed the play area

The room not soundproof The toilet with out lock

Its location is close to the city center, but its nature and weather are so beautiful that it feels like it is far from the city. The rooms are renovated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is more elaborate and fresh than the hotels I've stayed in before. It's a great hotel, I'm thinking of staying again.

Hearty and delicious breakfast.Near the airport, easy access and peaceful atmosphere.

First the swimming pool is good the hotel is clean and the staff were friendly the mountain view was breathtaking

First there was a poor variety of breakfast , only plane inlet , the ac was loud , we hear our neighbors and they were hearing us

Shower was not working properly - the hotel management need to rectify the issue. The shower was suddenly cold one minute and extremely hot the next. This kind of ruined the reputation of the hotel.

Faulty shower despite room changed. The whole hotel had this issue which is a major issue.

Prices are good comparing to others

the room are small, bed are extremely small and doesn’t fit for 2. sink was over-flooding. and no privacy on each balcony

Location and view are perfect

No ironing board and ironing for money

cleanliness and furniture seems new, which is good.

I just booked it for one day because it's near to the airport. However, we couldn't buy food or water from outside. Also, there was no water available near the toilet.

No thing

Staff not cooperative room not clean . Rush on elevator you have to wait 5-10 minutes . Breakfast is same everyday

Location

Staff woke me up at night to do the payment.Bed is very small and nit comfortable

Location is very good Mountain View is wonderful and comfortable Size of room is good Breakfast is good

They have to increase the sound insulation between the rooms , when I was setting inside my room I was hearing my neighbors noise

Nice breakfast , polite staff , very clean , beautiful view , accessible location .

Rooms are not fully isolated. You hear very clearly if ur neighbors are sitting in balcony … good thing is that normally people sleep on time after full day activities so it doesn’t bother that much.
