Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great and facilities were always clean. Amazing stay.

We had the family room since we were 4. It was excellent. Beautifully decorated, spacious, modern and very clean. We just loved it. As for the breakfast, it was very nice as well and the view was spectacular on the 7th floor.Thank you. Will sure come back again.

Terrible Experience – Doesn’t Even Deserve 1 StarMy stay at Panagia Premier Trabzon was absolutely awful. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained – it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The staff are shockingly rude and unprofessional, and they don’t hesitate to insult you directly in their own language. I have never felt so disrespected in any hotel before.The breakfast buffet was another disappointment. On top of the poor quality, they even tried to charge extra for something as basic as an omelet, which is ridiculous for a so-called “hotel buffet.” Instead of feeling welcome or comfortable, you feel unsafe and as if you’re dealing with random people off the street rather than trained hospitality ! My balcony was facing another balcony with camera I have picture of that , they don’t clean your bedroom well , they don’t change the sheets or add new sleepers or toothpaste and brush they did it once at the first day that’s it ! The hotel is 90% dark all the time you don’t feel comfortable or safe ! Especially while dealing with their rude Receptionsit !Add on that we forgot a gold ring in the safety box but they totaly ignored that and denied that they have found it knowing that in the begining they confirmed that it’s there , what a shame !

Rude staff Dirty place Unsafe

Honestly, best choice we did in Trabzon is this hotel. Indeed very kind staff, the manager at the reception, the manager at the café and the parking team are very professional.We had a car, so it was easy to discover Trabzon, I think a car is very important there.The hotel price is cheap for what you actually get, nice breakfast and view, daily professional cleaning, parking team, calm café downstairs to work...If ever in Trabzon, I know where to come.

In the upgraded room we got, it was hard to sleep first night, because it's close to the street, when we asked the day after for a calmer room, they provided that and it was perfect.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, big thanks to the staff who upgraded my room. The room was amazing with stunning sea views from the balcony. The room was quiet, comfortable and super clean. The location is very good. I would stay at this hotel again when I visit Trabzon.

The gym was closed for maintenance but it was not an issue. I hope the gym facilities will be open on my next visit.

The front street room can be noisy however they have changed my room and was perfect

The place was great but what made it amazing were the staff .. latterly they made a big difference .. especially Emile the restaurant manager in the 7th floor, she was very welcoming and always smiling .. also the reception staff, they were amazing and helpful .. staff did really make a positive difference in our honeymoon .. Room 1606 is their best for especial events ..

The hotel is great, all the staff are very helpful , very clean , breakfast is amazing!It’s close to the center, ten minutes by car .I recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. Also there is a pool, unfortunately I noticed way too late?

Good Location and room design

Air conditioning is hot in all hotel as per reply of AC technician and reception, it is on FAN mode for all hotel rooms.There are bad smell in bathroom.Breakfast is very weak and staff in restaurant is not supportive In general staff needs to be trained to smile at least, all time they are on mad face.

We are a couple and we stayed here for 6 nights. I will be 100 percent honest! The staff are amazing, from the waiters to room service to the cleaning team to reception. Helpful. Friendly. Exceptional.Special thanks to reception team the 3 ladies and Abdullah, always there when you need anything. Food is DELICIOUSSSS and super affordable. I won't use the word cheap because nothing about that quality was. Portions are big too. Breakfast buffet is diverse clean and healthy! hands down best hotel breakfast buffet I've ever had. We didn't reserve anywhere for new year so we called reception and they managed to get us a last minute table literally at 11 pm at their seafood restaurant party. Which was soooo much fun! The pool and sauna and steam room are just perfect. The gym is clean and has diverse equipments and weights. Ladies, there are 3 hours where you can access the gym for ladies only throughout the day so it's perfect for those that could be shy or so. The mini bar items in the room are diverse and good for a late night snack. Adjustable lights in the room and a great view of the sea. The bed was soooo comfy I got a good night sleep every night. The shower is great and always hot water. There's even an emergency plug thingi in the shower incase u fall. BOOK YOUR STAY!! I wish I could've stayed longer. Btw you get complimentary ironing for your clothes should you need it.
