Sera Lake Center Hotel

The room was great, and the location

Management ignored my honeymoon request, and they said we are too busy to answer you and too busy to set up the room for your honeymoon. Also the housekeeping staff ignored the DONT DISTURB sign and knocked on my door 3 times early morning...

The hotel is amazing the staff is really nice and friendly they helped us book tours and private cars special shout out to miss nevin she was a great host

The staff are amazing, especially Ms. Amina, Ms. Nevin and another lady at the reception whose name I don't know. They are all amazing and they are the hotel's asset and the real gain with their dealings, service and sincere smile. The location is excellent its really the value for money. The breakfast is good. All services are available. The hotel is close to everything. The swimming pool is good. Honestly, there is nothing bad. I thank them all. We spent three wonderful nights and if we come back, it will definitely be our first choice.

Breakfast is almost the same every day, it needs to change the items. The air conditioner was hot and did not cool well. But it was not affecting because everyone around you is smiling and wants to serve you sincerely.

We liked this hotel. It’s clean and new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room had everything we needed — a kettle, a hairdryer, and other basics. Nice design. There’s parking. Breakfast was excellent. We didn’t have time to try the spa and pool, but that’s a good reason to come back. Thank you to the hotel.

Location and staff are excellent ! The place is very clean.

The hotel is located right by the sea, about 20 min drive from the airport. The room was just as shown in the photos - nice, clean and spacious. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Delicious breakfast with the sea view.

Nothing to complain about :)

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. staff is very lovely.

spacious rooms with comfortable beds & breakfast was delicious

parking area should be much more improved

Clean rooms nice locationStaff very helpfullGood breakfastNice parking areaView is great

Location far from city center

View, location, cleanliness, maintained property, cooperative staff.

The hotel is super clean. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable. The location is good, about 15 minutes from the center.

I think the hotel should consider enhancing the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is fully renovated, clean and neat. The staff are good. I have booked for another visit to this hotel in few days. I decided to return back to it.

The breakfast needs lots of improvement - no options, not delicious and not taste good ( I am sorry to the management but really you need to improve your breakfast buffet)

The hotel was excellent, cleaned, and quiet. I and my wife spent the first 3 nights in Trabzon. Its location is good close to market and restaurants The beach is very close and our room has the sea view. It's recommended. Thank you for the staff who helped us during our stay.

Cleanliness, hygiene, room service was very poor

Newly renovated hotel with comfortable room size. Family of 5 persons so got a family room which consists of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a small kitchen sink and cabinets. There is a fridge and kettle in the room. Beds, pillows, and comforters are also good. On the main Ataturk highway and facing the Black Sea. The neighborhood is safe with lots of shops and a mosque at less than 5 min walking distance. The front desk, housekeeping, security guard, and bellman staff are all very professional and helpful.

Appreciate traditional Turkish breakfast, however coming from North America, the breakfast is not very special and needs improvement. There need to be more choices for children and perhaps an American continental breakfast with waffles, pancakes, muffins, cakes, croissants, and a toaster would be nice to toast bread slices and add butter or cream cheese. Also, need to have more choices in omelets and eggs.

I liked the hotel location, the parking, the bedrooms, restaurant view, the spa facilities the reception help desk especially "Niveen" she was very helpful.

There was no body weight exercise gym and the food in the restaurant I found some fruits and vegetables are not fresh. Also, there were no enough table in the room to put my luggages above.

It was new, clean and staff was friendly

It did not have the gym or swimming pool as advertised

The staff were friendly and abundant. The place was modern and was in a nice location in proximity to the Black Sea, playground, shops and restaurants.

We went the end of May 2024 and they did not have the gym or the swimming pool facilities opened. They had pictures and advertised these amenities on booking.com We asked for a discount due to not having the amenities as shown, but they did not provide any.
