Great location close to Meydan, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Grocery with fresh produce nearby, cafes, bakery and public transportation. ideal for families who wish to explore the city. Staff is excellent, always available for help. Our suite was overlooking the sea, the view is gorgeoous, recently renovated so furniture is new and clean. They keep the place very clean with nice smell. Air condition in every room, works well. Big Fridge, stove to prepare breakfast or light meal .

Other guests smoking in their room despite signs prohibitting smoking. Staff took care of this immediately though. In some cases when hotel got full, water pressure became week, but the staff immediately fixed it.

Good location

It had ants all over the place and the electricity went off in one night from a couple hours

The room was clean with almost new furniture. The air conditioning worked well, and in general, it’s a good place to stay for one night.

Hot water was available only in the morning until 10 A.M. It’s very strange. There was no window in my room. It doesn’t matter if you stay only for one night, but it could be challenging to live in such an environment for a longer period.

The room was very clean and had everything a guest would need. The staff was very nice and attentive.

Cigar smoke smell got filtered from somewhere in the middle of the night, but not sure if something can be done about that.

Place was clean have to move down because have to use stairs, we lost the good view, was close to the meydan, the view from the Cafe was incredible, housekeeper was helpful

Was no TV to watch the Olympics, internet was off many times, individuals were not helpful enough to our needs,

The location is EXCELLENT--just a short walk from a pedestrian area. The room was clean and had air conditioning.

There was no door on the shower, so the bathroom flooded every time you turned on the water. Check in was frustrating--there was no one at the reception desk downstairs. The walls are also VERY thin.

Size of the room is just 15m2 not 40 as offered, bad smell at the bathroom due to non working celling hood. Not sound proof

Close to the city center and has its own parking

One medium size elevator surfing the whole 9 story building and it takes time to reach your destination especially during peak times. Sounds installation is vey bad and you can hear clearly others conversation on the other side of the room.

The apartment has only one bathroom which can’t accommodate the family. The water supply was lost at early morning and didn’t come back till i check out which is frustrating. I will never back again

The location is perfect, quite area but very close to the market.The staff are very professional and friendly.

- Location - AC was superb - helpful staff

- Oven wire had to get out of the first drawer to plug it into the socket (externally).- Coming from booking don’t expect a nice see view it’s only a small window in the secondary room and not straight forward - they do laundry but they get inside your apartment and open your closet to put it in :)

New very clean room with excellent facilities and very near (5min ) walking distance to shops Location is nice, room view is nice , I stayed in side room and could see the mountains far away and the black sea!

There was a terrible smell from the toilet in the whole room, I will never go there again
