View from the loft on the roof during breakfast is amazing, breakfast was pretty much acceptable. Mr. Ahmed from the staff was extremely decent and helpful.

I had an issue with my sister’s booking for another room and I was shocked by how the hotel staff wasn’t willing to help at all with the issue that happened. They all gave fake promises till the day I checked out.

Everything in the room was dirty except beds. It’s Turkiye should be cleaner. The restaurant and toilets near it were clean

I love how big the apartment was, also very close to the airport and the breakfast area is beautiful overseeing the sea with a lot of buffet options, staff was friendly as well, and free valet service

I didn't like the way of cleaning, you have to inform the reception even when you click make up room still need to inform them. Also there is no hair dryer in the room.

The beds and wifi are good

The staff are really bad they are not helping the water is very cold and it doesn’t turn to hot , the guys in the reception keeps saying we will fix tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow with no fixes , they keep saying sorry and we will try to fix and they are not even helping very bad rooms location , street noise in the rooms cold water , bad AC if u gonna visit in the summer

They have a small parking- cars ar taken away in the night to park at some other place and then brought back in morning-The worst thing about the stay which made me give the ratings and feedback is because the electric door lock was broken from day 1 and it was a trouble to get in. Every time we had to call the receptionist who would push it hard to the breaking point and open it- on third day it go to the point where he brought the actual key to open the door- he said this problem raised to manager three months ago and he is not paying attention to it- that really summed up how much the management cares about guests experience. Definitely will not stay again or recommend to friends.

The staff were amazing, kind and helpful especially the restaurant staff we loved every single one of them

The bidet in the bathroom was leaking a lot , the phone in the room does not work, the room was not CLEAN CLEAN during our stay and we kept asking for daily cleaning, the breakfast is very not worth it it’s just vegetables and dairy, there was no proper cutlery in the kitchen and they were dirty.

Price it too much and there’s big difference between actual and photos and doors they never fixed it no maintenance at all in their building

It was close to the airport. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Convenient to a quick trip.

Staff could’ve been friendlier, breakfast was basic and area not nice. Taxi’s struggled to find. I was given a room directly facing someone else’s apartment. Was not ideal, especially for what I paid for the room.

Wish staff knew english a little bit better, but the communication was nice afterall.

Hotel is close to Airport, 10 minutes by walking, breakfast was good and had great options. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Brother Suleiman and Sister Nestle were very cheerful and helpful. If I ever visit Trabzon again I will come back to this hotel no question about it.

Sometimes there are noises coming from football players across the hotel but they die down around midnight so nothing major.

It had a kitchen and washing machine. Which was good. But no drying rack for the clothes.. Staff were nice this.

It was not a 4 star hotel. It was more like a 2 star. Breakfast was also terrible

Liked the location which is close to the airport and with near by restaurants which makes the surrounding happening. The staffs were very nice and helpful.Only 1 negative was that the sound proofing of the rooms can be improved as we could hear all the sound of people moving upstairs.

I was involved in an accident at the hotel, and the receptionist and manager lied to me. They didn't do their job by calling the police to deal with the incident, and I told them I didn't speak Turkish.I waited five hours until the police arrived at the hotel, reviewed the cameras, and granted me my rights.This hotel left a bad impression on me through the booking app.
