Bayrak Grand Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at this very well kept hotel. We booked the Bayrak Hotel as it is on route to Sumela Monastery. On the main road out of Trabzon towards Sumela, it is very easy to find, with a large black and gold sign just before the exit. Room was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was traditional Turkish, brought the table and very good, with mix of hot and cold options. Staff were very good. Parking just outside hotel, with loads of space.

No dislikes.

Excellent staff, especially Iskander and the two ladies who manage the restaurant floor.Clean place, and very easy to reach.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is superb! The staff is amazing, espcially Mr. Kerem. He is so kind and generous! Melek, Ibrahim (Egyptian), the interior designer (I forgot her name). They are all so sweet! The view and the calmness mesmerized me! There are buses directly behind the hotel to take you to Meydan. I'm in love with this hotel and staff, and I'm planning to stay again in it the next summer vacation.

The location and the room much nice but the stuff are not supported with the gusset and the timing for the check out is not good compared with the others hotels

The stuff was very hard to understand the situation and they didn’t support much

clean beds

broken ACno laundry no service

The hotel is clean and all the staff were helpful specially Yahya.

The location is a bit far from the center .

The restaurant view.

The location is quite but nothing is available around it. The staff readiness to customer questions. I asked for ice. They said ( it is not available)I asked for a cissor, it is also not available !As the hotel is very far and nothing is near to it, they should have a storage of items that the guest may ask about.Smart tv is available but cannot be connected to internet !

This is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. Lots of place for parking.

The breakfast was rather average. Mind the prayer calls from the mosque nearby.

Hotel is rated as 4 stars, but deserve 5 stars for the facilities provided. Extremely convenient location for avoiding City traffic and access to Sümela Monastery and places to see in south of Trabzon. Provided room was excellent, clean, spacious and has all facilities you need, an upgrade within availability. Staff was friendly and helpful, round the clock. Has parking lot and Post office is just neighboring.

Great place. Came back to stay another night. Check-out my previous review

Breakfast ordinary. My expectancy was much higher

Room is large and spacious, super clean, comfortable bed, with all needed amenities available. Separately should be noted professional and friendly staff. Overall very good value for the price.

It was really fabulous. The room condition is perfect from air conditioning to bed quality. Staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Dear Muhammet and Tolga. They are conducting prominent business there. Good price, good hotel, good place.

Cleanness and comfy

The area around is some how industrial area but still safe no worries

The treatment of the receptionist and the hotel staff was very bad, even the hotel manager was present and the owner of the hotel was also present, and my family was with me. We experienced humiliation and racism in the hotel. When I told them I would talk to Booking about what happened to me, they said Booking won't give you anything because we don't deal with booking in Turkey. Unfortunately, I experienced something that I have never experienced in my life, even though I am in a high category in the reservation and have great features in the application

-very friendly staff always smiling and always willing to help -clean and tidy. Attention to details-good breakfast with a variant in dishes each day-supermarket under the hotel

-weird smell in one of the rooms-location is 20 minutes from airport in a calm neighborhood-on the last day one of our cosmetic products were used by one of the cleaning staffs. -suite was a bit congested

The staff are amazing ... Malak and all other staff are absolutely amazing ... rooms are clean and good-sized.

Location is not that great ... no indoor parking... lack of facilities, equipment ... breakfast is average at best .... price is too high for a 2 or 3 star hotel.

it was very nice and clean everything was so put together and the staff was so nice and friendly they did whatever you asked with no problem

nothing everything was so good

The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is friendly. Price is good. The free parking area.

The breakfast is limited ( I wish there was as more choices like omelettes & beans )

The location, the facility itself and the staff

The breakfast, actually Its not didn’t like, its good but can be better

Very clean and very friendly staff Good breakfast. Elif is happy to serve and very friendly.
