The hotel is in a great location and has parking. Ebrar, the girl at the reception, was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The only downside is that a late check-out is not allowed.

The economy room was awful,too small i couldnt find any space to open my luggage... do not book these rooms. You can not even stand anywere

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. It boasts a prime location near the main square, all the vibrant attractions, and the offices for tour departures, making getting around incredibly easy. The hotel is also situated along the main Trabzon coastal road, offering a beautiful view of the Black Sea.The reception was warm and professional from the very first moment. Mr. Furkan kindly upgraded my room to match my preferences, which I truly appreciated. The hotel’s cleanliness is remarkable and clearly reflects great attention to detail.Breakfast is served in the ground-floor lounge overlooking the Black Sea, with a good and varied menu that makes for a perfect start to the day.This is my third time booking the same hotel, and every visit maintains the same high standards of service. During this stay, the courteous Engen helped me extend my reservation with a wonderful discount.I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire hotel staff, with special appreciation to Mr. Ahmet from customer service for his attentive care to all guests’ needs, and to the lady in charge of housekeeping for her excellent work.

If you're looking for something that is affordable and good this is it. It's affordable relative to the prices in that area and it's good in terms of what you're going to expect from a 3 star hotel. We did not regret our stay at all, and let me tell you one of the main benefits of this place; it's right at the center of the city, you have a hospital adjacent to it, and the "maydan" which is the main marketplace, right behind it (of course you have to climb a hill to get there). It's also conveniently near the airport, and it's relatively clean and has the basic amenities of hotel. They also have a designated parking space right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.

Rooms could have been a bit more spacious, but overall it was good enough. Although, I was kind of disappointed that there was no prayer mats or no direction of the Qibla. That's asking for too much (although the other two hotels that I was in had this feature and they were three star hotels as well!). Nevertheless, I'd book it again.

Rooms were very small, they did not give us the rooms that we requested and paid for.Poor communication from the reception staff, the can hardly speak English and they were arguing every request we made specially (EBRAR)No management were available during our 6 nights stay, they keep telling us that management is not there and cannot be reached.

Honestly make my day bad. Receptionist name ebrar she give me. Room. Not same i booking. Sea view with large place. After i go down. Complain. Then change for me to. Same room i want. As booking really please . From hotel. Important any good feedback. Come when arrive customer to hotel make him easy his stay. Not change room after said is be busy hotel. After complain she show me 3 room to in end. I found my room as i book in booking. But. I come back same hotel. Cos nice location and have good staff like tufan and zainb

This was our second visit to Trabzon, and once again, we chose to stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, conveniently close to downtown. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, has a friendly staff, and provides comfortable rooms.

I have never been to such a terrible hotel :( I am disappointed. This is not a 4 star hotel, it is more like a village shop. didn't have a Swedish breakfast at all, they just gave us fried eggs, cheese, and leftover jam.

Great place, visited Imperial clinic and it’s 1 min away.In reception Berkay Aslan was very helpful as well other stuff
