the check-in guy was friendly and helpful, the bed was OK and the breakfast was good.

I arrived at about 10pm but trying to sleep over the building works and truck unloading rubble and concrete right below my window was impossible, the idiots persisted until past midnight. grrrr The location was a poor choice by me, as I was only there between flights.

Some maintenance needs to be done in the washroom. The shower was leaking. I also saw some hair on the towel.

The stuff was kind, the location is great, the hotel is historical building but clean and elegant.

The air conditioner does not work well, the room is very hot, they change the room the next day.

The staff at the hotel were truly amazing, very welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated their support. The breakfast was also quite nice and a good way to start the day.

The building is in need of renovation, and unfortunately, there is no elevator. I stayed on the 4th floor, which made it quite challenging to go up and down, especially with luggage.The room itself wasn’t very impressive. Cleanliness was okay — I would rate it around 5 out of 6. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there’s no designated parking area for hotel guests, which was inconvenient.Overall, the excellent staff made a big difference, but the hotel facilities could definitely use some upgrades.

I would like to say that the hotel is not bad, the location of the hotel is wonderful, everything is within reach, but while leaving I forgot my hard drive there and asked the reception guy who was in shift to send it to me, but I don’t know whether they will do it or not, we will see in the future.

Ac problem too much noises and never working properly room temperature tooo cold I can’t sleep during my stay and tea pot very bad not useable ?

Very helpful staff, hotel is clean and in good location. Breakfast basic but tasty.

The staff is very friendly and they tried to help us despite the language. Specially FURKAN and Ibrahim.

Location was good as i rented a car and it was very near to high ways. 8 min walk to the city center. 5 min or less walk to the public market.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, helping me with my next bus trips and making my life a lot easier! The breakfast was really good. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. It was a good location for walking and trying restaurants in the center. They also were happy to let me check in early and leave my bags when I checked out. And just very communicative.

The room was just a bit dusty on the shelves and bed head. But otherwise it was a great stay.

Clean, quiet hotel located in the center of Trebizond in walking distance to all the major sites.Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.The shower was perfect water pressure and very relaxing.

The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. If you need anything they will help. The room and the bathroom was spotless. Really good shower and hanging space for clothes. The breakfast was really good, with a good variety of fresh and cooked foods. There were no problems at all.

The location was perfect. Very close to the centre and the hotel overlooks both the black sea and a beautiful new mosque. The breakfast was great and most importantly, the hotel staff and owner were amazing. They were helpful, polite, kind and catered for our every need; we couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Easy to reach hotel right on the autostrada . English speaking reception , which is definitely a plus in this part of Turkey . Beds were comfortable. NExt to the local bazar if you have time or need for that in the morning.

Rooms are relatively freshly renovated, but the bathroom would have some rusty parts and not as clean as it should be in my view. We found just one set of towels and because of the late time didn't go to ask for the replacement. Breakfast was OK in quality , but quite limited in selection. You would get omlet, cheese , bread and some tomatoes , but no yogurt or juice or pastries or fruits. And No coffee , which is a big minus for me Parking is just several slots on the street in front of the hotel and it could be full. In general I think the place is ok for one night , but overpriced due to presence on Booking. During this trip I stayed in four different hotels in Turkey at a similar price - all of the were better
