Everything was good, staff, food and cleanness

I loved the cleanliness, the location, and the hotel staff were kind and helpful all the time.

I had an amazing weekend getaway in Radisson Blu Trabzon. Yes as many say that we need a taxi to get access to the city, but it’s totally worth it. The view is great, and it’s closed enough to get to downtown. The hotel is spotless clean, love it.

Wonderful view, breakfast menu is rich. I strongly recommend if you plan to visit Trabzon! ? ? ⛰️

The location offers a panoramic view of the city from a mountaintop vantage point; however, access is challenging due to a narrow road and a subsequent climb.

Very disappointing stay. Air conditioning in the room could not be adjusted properly. Water temperature was unstable, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. Breakfast staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. The only positive was the view, but it came at a higher price than the regular rooms. Overall, I did not feel comfortable at all.

The location is very close to the meydan (central area). The hotel has good swimming pool facilities, outdoor seating, staff is very friendly, and quick room service.

The breakfast buffet was very neat; however, it was lacking some variety.Also, the outdoor swimming pool was closed, due to rain from the day before.

Staff, receptionist, people who worked at the breakfast were very nice and helpful. Nice view of the sea at the room and during breakfast.

Checkin was not organized. We arrived at 4 pm and rooms not ready although official checkin time is 2pm

Staff was inefficient in responding to phone calls. One room was making noise at night and the reception wasn’t answering our calls to act.Staff working in the bar have no knowledge about the drinks they serve

The hotel was very large and well maintained. The staff were great overall, I'd like to thank Esra from the reception desk who managed to upgrade my parents to a much better room after our first night! Also, special thanks to Emre who very kind, helped us with our bags and gave us great restaurant recommendations around the city. The hotel is on a higher elevation so walking around can be difficult, but it's a short taxi ride to the old town. It is also very close to the airport which was nice. The views from the sea rooms were excellent and the sunsets were always stunning!

I wish they utilized more of the restaurants in the hotel and rooftop space. I think it was under construction or not yet completed. We might have been there in an "off-peak" season, but overall was a great experience for a 4 night stay.

The breakfast was rich and had variety of options. The sea view from the room is beautiful.

The offered day trips were expensive. The staff didn't take much time to explain them. The outdoor pool was cold.They didn't procide enough water daily to the room and to order it is too expensive.

This hotel is getting worse every year. This is my forth visit and they still don’t spend enough to keep the hotel to rated as 5 stars. They need to improve the gym, they need to buy more equipments and hire more professional gym facilitators. The staff need to be more patient and more professional. Laundry service need to improve specially in the price. The hotel owners need to look carefully at the hotel.

Cafe staff could be better

Sufficient Parking, Breakfast room service, Spacious room size, Cosy room. View of the hotel was amazing. Initially we were given the room on the first floor which had a terrible view of the sea as we could only see the pebbles on the floor shade. On my complaint, they offered me the room on third floor which was way better. So I appreciate they accommodated on our complaint. We asked the hotel for laundry on which the guy told us that the laundry is full and they cannot accept more clothes. On this I got infuriated, that what is the point of staying in a 4-5 star hotel when we can not get basic laundry facility. Then another lady called us back and she took the responsibility of getting the laundry done from outside. I highly respect her customer dealing skills.
