Aktas Lights Hotel

Nice location near the airport, big room and good breakfast

We arrived for the night, the hotel is new, everything is beautiful and clean! We were met by Ali, he helped us a lot, was polite and it was very nice to talk to him. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

The room was amazing, very comfortable, very clean and smelled really nice Also the breakfast was very good and variety of food was served I totally recommend this place without a single doubt

The location was in an industrial area, however it’s very easy to access taxi and also very close form the bus terminalAlso the reception guy need to smile a bit

İlk öncə gözəl qarşılanma və çox yardımsevər olmaları ilk gündən hər şeyin gözəl olacağını deyirdi. Başda müdir olmaqla yeməkxanadakı teyzeye çox təşəkkürümü bildirirəm. Oğlumla xüsusi maraqlanmalari ve tayson ilə keçirdiyi vaxt üçün cox təşəkkürlər

Fresh and new hotel, big comfortable room, very helpful people at the reception.

It was a bit noisy at night. A door was creaking in the wind plus the elevator makes a lot of sounds (if your room is close to it).

The crew were amazing. The family room is so big. The breakfast is super. And they treat us really very good.

Sometimes bad smells come from the bathroom, i think there is problem with the sewage system.

The property is good in term of hygency and services and the staffs are very kind especially the Sudanese lady in the reception. she is very helpful.

The only problem I had was that the workshops are very close and it is kind of annoying specially during the early morning.

The breakfast is good especially Tea. The staff is so kind and helpful especially Mr. Ali.The location is so close to Forum mall. The room is very clean.

The restaurant doesn't have enough space for the quests in the breakfast time.

Big rooms, good breakfast and nice staff.

1- Checking in was delayed for around one hour due to the room was not ready! 2- It was strange when they asked for payment due to booking in was not processed the payment!3- locations is far away from city centre and it was located next to the car maintenance area which it was too noisy all the times especially during morning time. 4- No noise isolation walls and doors leads to hear others clearly in the corridors and rooms around.

The staff is just excellent, very friendly and helpful, the hotel is also very good, rooms are light and everything is new. Breakfast was perfect, I can recommend :)

It would be good if cleaning service is available every day.

Room size is good for a family

Location is very bad within industrial area.Staff is trying to help but they are not professional.Same breakfast every day.Breakfast area smells bad.

clean fast check in

location

I like the staff esp the owner and his sons and Mr. Ali They were very helpful and friendly.

No restaurant for lunch and dinner inside the hotel. I hope to add this service in the future.

Very quite and clean place , helpful and hospitable staff , close to the airport and shopping mall

The room was a bit small

The hotel is very close to the Forum shopping mall, 10 min a walk . The hotel is in a quiet and peaceful location. The room had everything you need, the room was very clean. Breakfast was varied, everything was very tasty. The service staff is very attentive and kind.

The breakfast experience is almost terrible because it is located right beside the kitchen, making it easy to smell all the cooking odors. The floor in the dining room is not clean. Furthermore, the staff always turns off the air conditioning in the lobby to save money.

the facilities could be improved, and having a bar at the lobby as well as better parking slots for cars.

I recently stayed at this new hotel and had a generally positive experience. The room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the sea, which made our stay quite enjoyable. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to the city center. And the staff was very helpful

However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. It seemed that the room was not fully prepared for our arrival, as there were no towels or slippers provided. We had to request these items ourselves, and unfortunately, the room was never cleaned during our stay.I hope the hotel management takes these points into consideration and improves their service.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. It was open not a long time ago, so the rooms are completely new. Is situated not far from the shopping center Forum (10 min on foot) and the city itself (20 min on foot). The staff is cool, they speak English and are ready to help with everything

Amazing staff

Average breakfast

The staff were nice and willing to help. The Sudanese guy is awesome.
