Breakfast, there could have been a bit more variety. Every day exactly the same.A bit slow on refill sometimes they run out of something (e.g. egg., cheese, juice) and takes a long time until someone comes to refill.Toiletries were inconvenient. They were provided in a weird juice box like foil container. Inconvenient and messy to use. Eventually bought my own soap in a nearby supermarket. No tissues.

There is definitely room for improvement in the overall cleanliness. During my stay, I noticed some areas, both in the rooms and hallways, could benefit from more attention.A bit more focus on these details would elevate the entire experience, making it a truly exceptional stay for everyone.

The location is fabulous and also the rooms view.The facility is too close to Arco CC and Riva Del Garda CC.The rooms are highly tech.They provide good area for breakfast sitting and they make different types of eggs and coffee upon request. Car parking is always available and secured.

They were no variety in the breakfast and the breakfast area is really narrow.TV is old and channels were available

Based on reviews about breakfast we booked this hotel and were looking forward to it. But it was not so great. Just average I would say.

Too hot in the room. Couldn't figure out the air-condition though. a bit overpriced for what it was.

Staff is kind and helpful.Good thing hotel have private parking that is easy accesable.Breakfast is ok not much choice but ones there is delicious.

Beds are not really comfortable.Walls are transparent to noise.

It was our second time in this hotel and we love everything! The staff are really nice and helpfull, the room size is good, nice balcony, there's a great park in front of the hotel for dogs and kids to play. Plus the Christmas market in Arco is beautiful!

The friendliness of the staff was amazing.Also they had a welcome package for our dog.? Breakfast was perfect ? Thank you - we had a great family trip ??All the different generations enjoyed ? plus the grandpa dog ?

Modern design, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast, kind and customer-oriented staff, underground parking. And also unbeatable location very close to historical center of wonderful Arco.

A little “tiredness” of the hotel can be seen here and there. But it’s not something that affects comfort overall.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast has all you’d need. Lovely area to relax on the rooftop. Hotel is accessible to cycle trail into Rivera de Garda. Nice peaceful area. Highly recommend this hotel.

everything - healthy & delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, clean rooms, big shower, enough space to chill in the sun, nice bike room with additional equipment (if something happens), underground car park and most important: very nice people :)

The room was pretty spacious, and it was very practically decorated. There was a lot of space not only in the wardrobe for the clothes, but also in the bathroom area for cosmetics. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. There was a big terrace with a beautiful view on the mountains and 2 sun-beds and a table. On the highest floor there was a beautiful sunny terrace with sunbeds, a jacuzzi and sauna available for all residents. The hotel is 20 minutes by foot from the river and 15 minutes from a few restaurants. The personel was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were incredible. There was a lot of delicious food to choose from. There were also a lot of gluten and lactose free options. There were also tables on the terrace so one could have eaten the breakfast in the sun with a beautiful view. There was a garage in the hotel that also was available for all residents and completely free.

There was a shower in the middle of the room so if one needs some privacy, forget it.

We arrived early and the reception lady was amazing, offering us coffee and cake from the breakfast. Room also was available early.Everything from the location to the rooms and the gorgeous breakfast. The garage for our scooters. First class.

Nothing to dislike in our eyes. Loved the place.
