The twin beds were quite hard.Some lights didn't work on the floor and in our bath room

Very average breakfast. Poor coffee for Italy. Would say have dinner out not half board. Very average meals but filling if that’s all you want.

The position is perfect and the staff are very friendly. The view from our comfortable room was fantastic. Finally, breakfast was great.

Very, very disappointing, and had to be cut short.

When we arrived the air conditioning was not operational, however this was not advised to us until later when we queried why the room was so warm. The staff gave us repeated assurances that it would be rectified but none of these were fulfilled. As a result, we had to leave and go to an alternative hotel. When trying to get information from the staff, they were quite unhelpful and offered no apology for the problem. The weather outside was very hot, and we had previously been traveling in a camper van, so the air conditioning was a big requirement for us.We could understand that there would be a technical failure which cannot be fixed immediately, however as a guest we have a right to take out business elsewhere if the problem is not resolved, and would expect a better attitude from the hotel under these circumstances, and to receive more accurate feedback information about when the problem may be fixed.

The location was perfect, the bedroom spacious and clean, with a little fridge, breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

The wifi didn’t work at all at the 2nd floor/in our room and connection was bad in the common area. There is not enough parking spots for the guests, but the staff helped us to find options.

Location was perfect, fantastic value for money, great links to everywhere you might want to go and explore, parking available, staff treats you like family, very friendly! The hotel was very clean and looks better in real life than in pictures, we had a fantastic view from our room too. Really loved it and would highly recommend.

Didn't like anything!!!

We received a room without air conditioning and a view, we asked to change even to add money, they did not agree, they spoke to us with disdain!!! Very simple breakfast. We were told to look for parking on the street or pay them!!!! We will not go back there.

the bed could be better

We came for a climbing trip and the central location of the hotel was perfect. During the day it would take us 10 minutes to get to crags and climb; while in the evening it was easy to walk and eat out. Hotel has its own parking, which was also very convenient. Availability of sauna and steam room was an extra nice touch!

Breakfasts could have had larger variety of food and fruits. The room felt a bit too tight for three adults.

very good experience. the room was very comfortable and well equipped. the mattress was with springs, but quite good for our taste. we slept very well. very central and very friendly.
