    Cons -

    • Smallish room.tight parking
    • I've booked a double room, private bathroom, and received a single room, with shared bathroom (I was lucky that the other room was not ocupied). Technically, I think that was personnel quarters that was trasnformed in "hotel room". That room is not even on the hotel photo gallery. I always try to book double room (large bed) because I can't sleep in a small bed next to wall, and surprise surprise, I got what I was running from, a small bed tucked next to the wall. That bed was so small (width-wise) that I've seen hospital beds wider than that.I ended up sleeping on the floor, at least my arms were free. The parking was full. "No reservation needed". At least they should advertise it as "there are some parking spots, but firs up, first served, take your chance..." First recommendation, "there is is house nearby, you can park it there, there is space there". By the way, that spot was full too. I was "lucky" again that in the end someone checked out after 9 pm and got a spot at hotel.I saw that thwre will be problems with my room right up at the reception, when he didn't new what key to give me, looking a little bit confused about what I booked and he has availableTo end up, let me quote Seinfeld here : "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding."The worst experience in all my booking.com history.I'm challenging anyone from management to contradict me, as I'm sure they know what room(s) is/are in question here.
    • The parking became a small issue as there is supposed to be enough space for everyone. It was easily remedied and we were told of a spot we could park at just down the road and about a 5- minute walk back to the hotel

Wow. Book it, just book it. We wanted to book in Riva del garda but couldn’t find a place we liked in our price range. The place we were supposed to stay at canceled last minute and we found this place. We were so grateful for the switch up as this place is awesome! Just a short walk up the road to the cute town of arco, restaurants and coop. We ended up loving arco more than Riva del garda and felt it was a perfect place to stay! It was cool to visit the arco castle, which is in view from this hotel. The breakfast was great, the room clean, the staff kind, the pool wonderful. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Really good breakfast, the pool, the garden, the views, friendly staff.

Paper thin walls. You hear when the neighbor opens a can of soda.

Great location; parking could be tight at times.

    The coffee was burnt.

The staff were excellent and wonderful location

Shower in bathroom was very small. Taps made an incredible screaming noise. No toilet brush and seat badly fitted. Shower watervtemperature difficult to adjust

Beautiful hotel in quite location, with exceptional facilities and not to large. Close to town centre bars and restaurants. Had secure parking for motorcycle.

    8HilaryPosted on: 9-18-2024

Very good situation, easy walk into Arco, great breakfast

A little bit dated in the decor

    9MariPosted on: 9-17-2024

It was beautiful, clean and in a good location.

    10MariaPosted on: 9-11-2024

Perfectly clean rooms and beautiful garden. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh local products. People working at the hotel are friendly and helpful.Arco old town is walking distance. Free car park.

    10DebraPosted on: 8-12-2024

Great location everything in Arco is in walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, as well as the river and mountain activities.

Keep in mind there’s no air-conditioning just fans

    8FedericoPosted on: 7-26-2024

The location, the cleaning and the breakfast

The park is really too small so it was really a bad experience searching for a parking and walking for 10 minutes for arriving at the hotel at late night. No presence of fan or a/c

Location, value for money, pool ,staff breakfast good

    Didn't stay long enough

    9KatiPosted on: 6-16-2024

Good location close to the centre and with nice views. Great start for the day with versatile breakfast. Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

    7SleepwellgoodnightPosted on: 5-21-2024

Breakfast was okay, room was quiet and clean, and the staff was super friendly and inviting. Parking is free (if available), and if it's occupied, there's a big parking 3min away.

Our room might not be representative of the hotel or even the price class, but our view from room 16 was very limited, the bathroom was tiny (to the extent that a tall person might not be able to move at all in the shower), the shower misses something where to put shampoo, and the fan is too weak and difficult to use with one hand. Mobile internet reception is difficult, but the WiFi in our room wasn't reliable either.

    10SabangelPosted on: 4-8-2024

The location is stunning! Arco is visually impressive, the mountain dominates the territory and magnetize the attention. This hotel it is just below it, within a beautiful private garden, making you perceive the view is all yours to enjoy. And still within 5 mins walking distance you can enjoy the sparkle and liveliness of the city centre. The hall has huge window glasses that makes you feel melted in nature and the breakfast room benefits of natural lighting. Staff is welcoming and rooms are renovated.

    Beautiful stay

    9HilaPosted on: 10-10-2023

It's modest hotel very nice people, my husband had a birthday and they gave him a cake with the candle, the staff is absolutely incredible! We will come back

    7ValeriaPosted on: 8-27-2023

The position is great, close to the center of Arco but also to nature and cycle lane. It has private parking. Breakfast is very good, lots of choices and nice food.

Water in the swimming pool was dirty, not very nice swimming in it. Also, rooms have very thin walls so you can hear some noises but if you are a heavy sleeper that's okay

    6ConallPosted on: 8-25-2023

The staff were very friendly and the pool was a nice areas to be in with lounge chairs.

Our room didn’t have air conditioning which was an issue at the end of august the staff were helpful and found a fan for us but it was still too hot.
