Pros +
- Nice view, Good value, Everything worked fine
- Staff was super friendly, I have no complaints about any of them. Room was clean, Bathroom had a big bathtub where I sort of fit in (I'm 195cm tall). Beds are very hard, due to them being made of possibly mainly memory foam or other kind of foam, but comfortable nevertheless. There is a nice small balcony that fits 2 people with an amazing view to the mountains. Breakfast was good. There's a selection of bread, sweets, cereal, and a few other items.
- There's a nice pool and food area.
Cons -
- It's a bit out there location-wise, it is also next to a rather busy road so you basically have to take the 10 euro parking
- The rooms are very bland. The only colors they have are white and gray, there isn't much color to make them comfortable. The Wifi was the same as non existent (I was told that in that area of Italy Apple devices have difficulty with networks) Cellular data is also very slow which further emphasizes that issue. My colleague, having an android phone, didn't have many issues with network connections. The rooms we got were unfortunately on the side of a busy road which meant that you could slightly hear traffic in the morning and evening despite the double glass doors and shutters leading to the balcony.
- I booked this place specifically for the air conditioning, but it was very disappointing. The AC is a basic system with only low, medium, and high settings, not a standard unit you would normally expect. Even when running on full blast for hours, the room remained uncomfortably hot. By morning, when you’d expect the room to be cooler due to lower outside temperatures, the AC was still ineffective, and the room temperature remained above 20°C. At one point during the night, the AC simply stopped working, leaving me sweating for two hours before I discovered it was on a timer and had shut off. I had to go to reception to have it restarted, which was very frustrating.

Beautiful views from the balcony. The room was clean.
Overpriced. The room had no cups, kettle or coffee maker. The parking (even though it’s not in the city center) cost additional 10euros.
The rooms were very clean and the pool is beautiful!
We were a family of four with two rooms, one for our two teens. We got one bed for the kids although we had specifically asked for a twin bed, We asked upon check in to separate the beds and they haven't done it until our last night.Breakfast was ok. The pastries are not fresh, if you stick to bread and butter with some fruit it's okay. Location: Not really Arco, 5 min with a car or 15-20 min walking, in a very hot sunny day you should take it into account. Apart from the mentioned above it was a pleasant stay,

Big bathroom, nice location
At the breakfast we were waiting 5min to bring a bread.
We really loved the staff. Mateo in the bar and Georgia at the reception were super friendly and helped us with tips on where to go. Fine breakfast options (except for the coffee machine) and the pool area was lovely. Was nice to spend a day or two being lazy at the pool and have dip whenever you wanted. Again. We want to underline how much we appreciated Mateo and Georgia! You guys rock!!
Recommended to have a car. Only one pizzeria in town so needed to take the car or order a taxi to go somewhere else to eat or for activities. Furniture was a little outdated.
Comfortable overnight stay with refreshment at the swimming pool… Super friendly staff with great flexibility to offer breakfast and early check-in at 7am with a small extra charge :-)

Location, swimming pool, prices
The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was quite nice. Normal strand hotel facilities. They have a restaurant downstairs, so it is good in case of an emergency since there are not many restaurants or shops around. The check in was easy.
Even though the check in was easy, some important information was missing. I went out to have dinner at the city center ( Arco) and came back late at night. Found the front door closed(locked) and no one at the reception. There was a communication system that led anywhere and I had no pin to be able to open. We had to call the number of the hotel to talk with some that opened the front for us. This information and details should have been shared with us during the checking. Luckily we had a functional cellphone to call, otherwise we would be stuck outside? We noticed only in the morning that our headboard from the bed was "dirty" from previous guests. Not nice... The lady at the reception just apologized, what else can she do!? They change +10 euros for you to park your can into the "fenced" parking lot. This is a service that should be included on the rates, since the hotel is "far" from the inner city and most people go there by car, I presume. The parking was empty. We parked outside (at the street). Definitely not worth the 72 euros (after booking discounts. Originally 120€).
Breakfast was super good, Staff really friendly. We arrived at 11 in the morning and the room was already ready for check-in.Plenty of parking spaces so we never had to fear of getting no space. The pool was great, with outdoor music and some lights in the evening.
Nice swimming-pool,nice staff, good location for trips to atractive locations, atmosphere of small town.
Bells from church every morning and busy road next to hotel.
Nice view and nice pool
The check in hour was just until 21:00
The room was very clean, comfortable bed, a standard hotel room
It was not possible to pay city tax by card.
Nice staff, very good location and good value.
You need a car there, busses didnt arrive. We came to do ferratas, bikes ok for 10 euro. I liked also the little vilige around for evening walk. Lovely swimming pool, very very clean, no kettles!!!!! Breakfast very basic so we had our own, lovely mountains around, we tried bikes, ferratas and other lakes too.
One lady grumpy in reception, was afraid i lost my purse she promissed she checked room and my purse was not there, she never got there as i founf my purse on the table!!!! Horrible she lied.
great location, nice room, perfect view, lovely staff, breakfast could be wider but it is okay as it is
quiet, clean, friendly
