Arco Smart Hotel

Great location, free parking, clean room, comfy bed

Room was a bit cold even when trying to set up the temerature higher. Breakfast could have a bit of more to offer for such a nice hotel.

Central location. Town center within walking distance.

Facilities need a retouch. Stench came out from our shower drain. Told the staff, that was extremely friendly, however the problem wasn’t solved completely.

Room was ok, clean but nothing special.

Really big hotel with a lot of rooms.

Fantastic location, clean hotel and comfortable beds.

All inclusive breakfast is very nice, dinner and lunch not so much, unfortunately. Often cold, not much choice and tasteless. Not the all-inclusive we were expecting.

Comfortable stay Mouth watering Buffet options with dessertsBig spacious roomsThis place is just all what you need when one is on a vacation!!It walkable distance to the Arco city centre and one can choose to hike up to the Arco tower. If you have a car it is very convenient to get to Limone Sul Garda (20 mins by car)

We have stayed previously at this hotel as it is in a fabulous location and all inclusiveWe had our room changed at no problem as we didn't have a balcony initially It's a great hotel, pet friendly, good location and accessible car parkWill stay here again

The property is in a great venue close to the historic town of Arco.

Initially put into one room and the A/C did not work. We were then moved rooms that day into a new room, and to note, the air con is controlled by reception not you individually in your room. The following day our A/C failed at 8pm and didn’t not get restored until after we checked out the following day. The night staff on reception weren’t helpful with this and given the hotels star rating I expected a far better service and quality. In addition bare electrical wires were exposed coming out of a control panel next to the bathroom and on entry to the room. Not safe and not to be expected again. A disappointing stay in this hotel to what is a lovely area.

Great location, cosy room, beautiful and peaceful garden with swimming pool.

The internet connection was rather slow, but still good enough for leisure time.

Lovely steam room and sauna area. Was just out of the main area but very close in walking distance.

breakfast is good…we do have a comfortable beds, I like also the swimming pool and experienced the sauna bath

what I didn’t want is the garage…there’s no enough light?

Very kind personal and tasty food. Personal always glad to help.

Very cold swimming pool.

Ac not working, and weird that is controlled by the office

There was a continuous strange sound. Hopefully its not coming from the antennas. Feeling was weird.
