good location real close to what you need like supermarket (coop). the hotel had a spa that is woth it to try and the staff is super nice.

not really negative points. maybe if is high season you can't find private parking

You can see everything without a car, great location, city center right there, Arco itself is really nice city. Also is important that this hotel is pet friendly, they take no charges for them and has a free parking - these are things that are rarely found in Italy. The staff was really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was ok. Its nice that they have wellnes area.

The hotel is definitely not 4 stars - the rooms are outdated, as is the restaurant. The price per night is really too high, but most likely you are paying for the location of the hotel, not the comfort of the hotel itself. In my opinion, the hotel corresponds to 3 stars.

The staff are amazing , helpful and always smiling saying Bonjourno specially Alli , Jaida & DanielaThe location of the property is perfect in-front of the Bus station near the Central area where you have beautiful resturant and amazing Area.

Great rooms, great staff, great breakfast, great view!

Room is big with balcony you can set and listen to the music. We were lucky there was a night Italian music and we enjoyed it. It’s a nice place , Riva del Garada it’s about 8 minutes by car very close . Parking is free and big. We asked them for a Honeymoon setup and they did it for us . The reception and the staff very nice and helpful I recommend it for you ..

The hotel is at the corner of a busy street, there is a lot of noise from passing cars.

The newly renovated rooms were great. The Spa was excellent, and the availability of E-bikes at the Hotel was a plus. The staff was very friendly and the service exceptional.

A little more variety for meals. The breakfast while having a good selection, there could have been a couple more warm meals available. i.e. pancakes, french toast, different eggs etc.

Position and outside pool were good

Room was comfortable,however looks old, not il line with the new pool and spa centre.Breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff, room was clean. The spa area was brand new and very enjoyable.The breakfast has a large variety.Close to the lake with the bus stop just outside. Also only a few minutes walk to the castle.

The hotel is quite well located - just a few minutes to central Arco. It seems they have a good choice of pool, spa, etc., but which I have not used. The breakfast is OK, you need to ask for coffee, etc.

In general the hotel feels getting old. We have been in an room, located in the 3rd floor, which is outdated. The clumpy, phone-sized key, no window tilt possibility, the room smell and the furnishings speek on their own. In addition it felt that A/C does not work correctly and the street in front of our room gets very noise during morning hours.

We were in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was amazing!

The rest of the hotel was as little tired. Our newly renovated room was lovely, but one suggestion would be that it needed a mirror in the main room, not just one in the bathroom.We counted 9 cranes in the view from the balcony - building works all over the town!!

Everyone was really nice and courteous. The food was amazing and the location was perfect. If you want to have a chill vacation this hotel and place is perfect for you. :)

Breakfast was fantastico. Private Parking good, room very specious (411) with a view and a big balcony.

The location in Arco is fantastic for anyone wanting to tour the area. Arco is less crowded than the towns on the lake but no less beautiful. All the Reception staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The car park can be a little tight when it is busy, but for the week of our stay, we had no difficulties.
