Pros +
- The rooms appeared newly renovated and were very clean. The location is excellent—quiet yet convenient—with a parking lot right in front of the building. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the stay.
- The location is perfect, AC worked well. The staff was friendly.
- Very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Bikes available to borrow from the hotel, excellent traffic free cycle paths to lake Garda close by. Walking distance to Via Ferrata. Very good restaurants on the doorstep.
Cons -
- For the price, the stay didn’t quite meet expectations. While the room itself was fine, a few things felt off: having to juggle three separate keys (room, night entry, locker) was a bit outdated. The “queen” bed was actually two hard mattresses pushed together, making the seam quite noticeable and uncomfortable. There was no breakfast option included even though the hotel is directly connected to a café (likely run by the same owners), and the limited items at the bar were both overpriced and charged separately. None of these were major dealbreakers, but for the price point I definitely expected more.
- The parking is not close to the property, and the rooms are kind of dated.
- Smallish room but with double bed, perfect for just me. Expensive but it is city centre....

Bang in the centre of town, great to explore and find food and bars. Super friendly, spotlessly clean, bike garage, great breakfast, snacks and bar. Parking free 250m away. En-suite room with Aircon!
Smallish room but with double bed, perfect for just me. Expensive but it is city centre....
It’s such a beautiful area! It’s in the medieval centre and near a small green space. Everything was in flower and the mountain view was splendid! The staff is so friendly and helpful, I felt very comfortable. The room was small but very clean and quiet. There is music playing in the square at night for a while so depending at what time you go to sleep, you might hear it. There are supermarkets nearby and the area is very safe. The bus station is a few minutes walk so I went on lake excursions every day in different places. Just make sure to check the opening times to buy tickets or have some cash on you to pay directly on the bus (but it’s more expensive this way).
The only thing was not being able to lock the shutters open so the wind kept shutting them.
Location
The images of the roomes looks very nice but in reality was old, bad and not comfortable!
Very well situated, close to bus, restaurants, hiking trails and with the free rental bikes Garda is only 20 minutes. The staff was super friendly
Good location, clean, helpfull stuff
everything, great location close to the airport, very nice host, appartment is very clean and comfortable
we booked no breakfast, sometimes we orderred at the Café - always delicious.Very friendly staff, familiar atmosphere. Room was always very clean, 5 Stars for that service.
Everything was excellent . Parking situation not easy, but large parking free of charge at the other River side.
Extremely nice small hotel. Super friendly staff and great drinks & food. Only drawback might be distant parking but all Arco hotels experience this.
The free bikes was awesome, the host was very nice to agree with us leaving earlier than our initial booking. The place is a few steps away from the city center
I booked a room that was not renovated, i think it’s among the classic rooms. It had no air conditioning but this is my fault that I assumed all rooms have air conditioning in a area were in the summer is really warm and I didn’t pay that much attention to the room facilities description, it would be great to make this info more obvious. There is no free parking close to the hotel
Nice and cosy 2 rooms with a beautiful view
the bed was too hard and the toilet didn’t have window.
Superb
I have booked 3 rooms. 2 had air-conditioning and 1 only had a fan and was hard to sleep at night on a warm night.
perfect location in the center of the town of Arco. The room was comfortable and with a view. The owner gave us tips to where to go climbing and different routes to do.
the bathroom was dated and the water in the shower would go either cold or burning hot.
Proximity to city center
Everything was perfect!Comfortable and beautiful cosy decorations
Location and staff were excellent!
Nothing! I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Arco.
Staff and location
nicely renovated rooms, awesome breakfast!
