Superb location, attentive and helpful staff, comfortable room and good breakfast.

Lack of service after a certain time. Bar shut at 9pm. No restaurant or food available. Breakfast was fine but not particularly notable.

Friendly staff and central location. Parking on site. Good WiFi connection.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was little only a little food left when we came down for breakfast and the toaster was broken. Also our safe did not work, but we enjoyed our stay.

Wifi didnt work in the rooms and the only good connection was in reception. No restaurant for dinner but we were recommended a nice local restaurant which we really loved.

Great for an overnight stay, Bikes were secure in a garage for free. Location direct on the market square with cafes and restaurants nearby.. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our second stay there on our holiday route to and from Croatia.

The entrance ramp to the carpark was short and steep, but we got around it ok. Just be careful if your bike is fully loaded.

Great location in the downtown. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom. Free and safe parking available in the backyard. Very nice hotel, very good value. The best choice if you stay in Tolmezzo.

The Receptionist was super kind, The Room was also very big. Price for the room also totally reasonable. Located in the center in front of a plaza.

The Breakfast is a little bit minimalistic, but still alright. I had a room that was in direction to the plaza which was a little bit loud at night.

The owner ( boss) save ( energy or money) on guests. At February , he order to turn on heating in rooms only two hours daily.. We became ill all of us because of very cold rooms.Every day ( 6 days ) we must go to the reception desk and ask to turn on heating.I need to note that with us was 10 month old baby...Also, very poor breakfast ( same problem, save on guests) .For example , 5 very thin peaces of gouda cheese, salamas etc.

Parking space really close and safe next to hotel and near city center.

Rooms are clean and spacious, with a good size en suite bathroom. Well insulated for sound so we had no problem sleeping.Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Elena at reception. Continental breakfast is tasty and offers a good selection of sweet and savoury.Central location is great.

Lack of facilities: Only one power socket by the door, to charge our phones we had to unplug the bedside lamps. Only one small wardrobe for storage, no bedside drawers, desk is hardly usable as the TV sits on it and the fridge is located under it.There is a small gym and sauna on the top floor but most of the machines are not working and I didn't get the impression these facilities were maintained.There is a bar but no restaurant for either lunch or dinner.

Location was good and the room and Bathroom were both large.

Very noisy street and either you were very warm with the windows closed or disturbed by the traffic on the cobbled street with the windows open. The breakfast was very limited and not replenished quickly enough and the staff were very complacent. We said in advance we would like a parking space which was confirmed but meant we would not be able to take our car out of the Car Park the next day between 7.00 am and 14.00 pm due to a street market. It would have been nice to have been informed of this in advance and meant we had to lug all our luggage through the market to the other Car Park.

Very large room, great Bathroom with very good shower.

Although the room was large, it was at the front of the Hotel and thus very noisy from the cobbled street. I also requested a parking space in the Car Park on site but because there was a Street Market on the next day and the main street was closed. Either we had to get up before 7.00 am to move our car or after 14.00 pm. This was most inconvienent and very frustrating that we were not informed about this in advance, having to take the luggage all the way from the Hotel to a nearby Car Park. Breakfast was also very lacking with very little choice and the Buffet was not replenished. Overall, what good have been a really good experience, ended up a nightmare. Staff was not very accomadating also.
