Al Benvenuto Hotel & Restaurant

Comfortable room, well appointed; really good restaurant; helpful staff. This is the second time we stayed here and we planned our travels around doing so because our first experience was so good

Great for one-two night stay, we used this place as a rest stop for going to Ravascleto ski resort.

No major flaws, only thing that would be a plus was having a fridge in the room

I only spent one night at the Al Benvenuto Hotel and didn't try their dinner or breakfast, so my experience was limited. Nevertheless, the room was clean and warm and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked the room about 20 minutes before the actual check-in in the late evening, and everything went smoothly.

Very cordial receptionist. All went smooth and we were offered a dinner in case we wanted even if the kitchen was closing. Our room was very clean and spacious. Unlike many hotels, here everything was working and was in a good state.

The hotel has no impact on it, but industrial environment was not the nicest.

Nice hotel, located not far from center and the river bank. The room was big and the bed was comfy

Everything was great. The room was clean with a lovely bathroom. We had a wonderful meal and the staff were so helpful. Would go back anytime. We traveled through the mountains from cortina lovely scenery.

Beautiful hotel at beautiful place, just few minutes from the highway. Amazing clean rooms, food, service. Great communication with reception. We were late to our check in and they do their best to don't be worry about it. Mountains around this place are unbelievable and we are looking forward to come here again.

The hotel part (50%) was good, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced if you include the restaurant bit, alas, on a Sunday, you only get the hotel.

Great location, fabulous view from the bedroom balcony, very attentive and friendly staff and food is perfect. The room was clean,tidy, plenty of space and a very comfortable bed, and slept very well.

Nothing special, normal hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.

You had to pay extra for breakfast, which had little choice and was forgettable: cold eggs and two types of cuts.

The good - the bed was comfortable, the in-house restaurant served great fries and salmon. The receptionist/waitress Julia was very personable and went to lengths to be pleasant and fast and helpful.

The disappointing - the room was up 2 sets of stairs, the parking lot was full so we had to drive to the back, a bit confusing to get to.The bad - it is a regular party location, which was not disclosed. The DJ had the bass cranked and music very loud, it traveled up the open staircase to the rooms. Closing the door helped but I still heard the bass thumping, maybe it was the room vibrating. It stops at 10 ppm, drinking till 11pm. The booking picture shows a mountain and mentioned a balcony. The mountain is in the area but only really visible from the back of the hotel. Our window faced a driveway I think, and a security screen was locked. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire or we'd have had no way out. We had to inch sideways to get across the foot of the bed. I drove 5 miles out of the way to enjoy 1 last night in the mountains - This was a big disappointment and I'm writing this review to warn others the listing misrepresents the property.

It's a good stopover hotel, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Peaceful place with friendly staff.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good restaurant, at a reasonable price. Great for a short stay.

Hotel was easy to reach by car with plenty of parking out front. the views towards the back of the property were beautiful. Staff spoke English and made check in easy.

There was no signage to the reception and it felt awkward having to slip passed guests eating in the outside space/restaurant to reach it. the hotel is located in an industrial area, and on a road which was quite loud.

Perfect place for one night stopover to Italy. Very good breakfast. Nice spacious bedrooms and bathroom with toiletries. This was our second time as we stopped over the year before on our way to Italy. The staff were generally very friendly.. I would definitely recommend and probably would stay over again.

The breakfast was very good bit could have done with some warm food. A kettle in the room would have been good as we could have made something warm to drink when we arrived late in the evening. I did feel there were bed bugs. Also, the price had increased somewhat from last year.

Clean apartment. After the party in the restaurant, the outdoor terrace and the indoor area were brilliantly cleaned and ready for breakfast.

because the restaurant is on the ground floor, you have to be prepared for possible noise or music if there is a party.Although the hotel is on a road, it is a quiet road with very little traffic.

have to use the stairs when the bar and restaurant were closed, cigarette smoke from the bar smelled up through the staircaseapparently, the TV remotes are set to the same frequency causing your TV to react on neighbors remote

We only stayed one night on a Sunday, and everything we needed was provided, so we were happy with our stay.

Good parking for motorbike, easy to approach, walking distance to the town center, room was clean, nice and personal easygoing

Lively location, many people enjoying the bar and restaurant facilities. Julia was most helpful and welcoming, possibly why so many locals were there as well.

Smoke from bar area was even noticeable in stairways and hall in second floor
