Prinz Rudolf Smart Hotel

Bus stop was near the hotel and it was 20 minutes to Meran. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. Also tried a few massage treatments which were really good.

Eventhough there's air conditioning, the minimum temperature control is for 23 degrees which was still very warm during the summer nights.

All inclusive, contemporary design, comfortable, well staffed, ready to address your needs, very clean, excellent food, beautiful setting

An unpleasant surprise is that the chalet does not have air conditioning for cooling. Sometimes it was very stuffy. The waiters in the restaurant are not very friendly, although the food is tasty and the prices are reasonable.

Great sauna and pool area, with a great view. Even if it’s full it doesn’t feel crowded.You can tell everything was carefully designed and it is appreciated.

the staff doesn’t know english and is rude…if they see that you are not italian or german they do not really give a damn about you and talk with you like you are in the back yard of a school.

The hotel is modern and cool, the staff are super friendly and professional, the breakfast is absolutely amazing and the spa center is really well done. We enjoyed every single moment spent in the hotel.

When the spa center is crowded, then is not that enjoyable, so maybe they can limit the numbers when the hotel is really full. The restaurant is a bit over priced for dinners.

The bar was cheap and there was a cute dog.

The decor was quite outdated and old. The rooms were not very clean and there was very little light in the room. The rooms were also extremely hot.

1) staff generally very unfriendly, specially man with the beard seating at the reception 2) at 11 at night they had to come to fix the toilet which was broken 3 ) don’t expect any views from the room 4) during breakfast we had to move 3 times because of wasps bothering all the time 5) when you expect to get there for relaxing , forget about it because CHECK OUT IS AT 10.30 and at 9am we had the housekeeping knocking at our door like mad I don’t recommend this place at all

Modern interior and clean rooms - staff was very friendly and helpful. Many transport options - city center of Meran near by, Meran 2000 (Tourist attraction) 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast with an incredibly view and good food.

The only thing to improve in our eyes would be more spaces in the shadow at the rooftop area. No more things that we didn't like.

The breakfast was ample- lots of choices. The infinity pool is wonderful. The views are amazing. I enjoyed the terrace. The restaurant was excellent.

It's pricey. They ran out of eggs. The room was a bit hot at night.

The pool is great, with nice views over Merano.

The pool could close later ( it closes at 7 pm ).No possibility to eat lunch in the hotel.The staff was rude and unproffessional, when i asked at lunch can i eat, they said only icecream and cookies, i replied that I dont want any sweets and they told me that i can go to McDonalds in the city centre. Dissappointing.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff! everyone is very professional and the service and food are more than amazing!the rooms are very clean and everything is brand new. There is an infinity hot pool and the SPA is out of this world!

The property is really nice, modern and comfortable. The Suite and the heated pool were the wow factor. The restaurant was also very good. Food variety and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks Prinz for having us for our short honeymoon

Apart from the spa the hitel has a very good restaurant with a good wine list.

Staff was great! The ambiance and feel was modern and funky. Very nice yet not uptight. Loved the room setups and locations. The view from the pool was phenomenal.

The spa was very nice, yet quite small. Wanted more amenities but the ones available were nice!
