Each room is individually designed. I stayed in "Iron," which had its own private balcony. Everything was super clean and modern. Nice touches like espresso machine with pods and hot water kettle with variety of teas. Expansive sack and drink selection in room. Very comfy beds. Large, well-lit bathroom. Responsive and friendly staff. They offer a city card that gives you free access to local busses/trams and some museum discounts. Great breakfast, too. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location is very good for shopping and city attractions.Breakfast was just average (but good fresh juices)Was expecting a garden or other nice balconies overlooking the mountains. Receptionists were kind and helpful but reception itself (space) not really welcoming.
My room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I had a good view of the street below. The staff are very helpful and friendly and breakfast is very good.
