Nothing I recommend it for couples

The property is situated in a quiet area with beautiful green spaces and spectacular mountain views. The interior decor was beautiful with multiple places to sit, relax and reflect. The swimming pools were heated and had ample sitting space. The food was outstanding with a superb variety to meet any dietary desires. The servers were both professional and attentive. The room was well designed with comfortable beds and a great layout. We enjoyed our balcony with an early morning coffee. Also, the concierge experience team were excellent with suggesting local hiking trails that were truly memorable. We had a fantastic stay and will return!

The hotel is very beautiful and enjoyable. The hotel is distinguished by its guests' attention to the smallest details. It is very clean and the receptionists are welcoming to guests. I really enjoyed my stay at this distinguished hotel.

Facilities are awesome, great spa area and big warm pools, restaurant and overall service is great. Rooms are nicely designed and well-built.

Was very hot in the room and no air conditioning available (at least in March). You could open windows though to let cold air in, but as our room was facing road there were occasionally cars passing by and we didn’t want to keep it open all night due to that

Stayed at Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz and honestly, it was perfect. The staff were amazing-super friendly and always went out of their way to help without ever feeling over the top.The pizza-making class was such a fun touch-really hands-on and relaxed, and the pizza turned out great too. The facilities are next level, especially the spa. Everything felt really high quality but still comfortable and welcoming.The food throughout the stay was genuinely fantastic. You can tell they care about what they serve-every meal was a hit.Would go back in a heartbeat. One of those rare places that gets everything right.

Modern Italian hotel,Chalet style with 360 degrees of mountains views, large rooms, comfortable huge beds, enormous balcony and a full-size mattress for reading and sunbathing. The Gym, SPA, Bar, Lounge and Restaurant are excellent.

Warm, bright,natural materials and best of Italian design.

The hotel is located close to the ski lift

The hotel staff upon check-in requires additional payment for guests in a room that already includes 2 or 3 people with the same price, they are trying to attribute this to a mistake when booking on the booking website, be careful when booking otherwise you will have to pay 100 or more euros per day for each person in the room if you are staying with more than one person in the room. They attribute all problems to booking and booking.com errors and advise you to deal with booking.com.

Everything was perfect. Location is great, walking distance to the main Kronplatz lifts, but for convenience, the hotel also has a shuttle to make the short trip even easier ? Doing sellaronda was one of our main goals visiting dolomites and it is definitely possible from here. Longer time to reach the loop, but it is definitely possible in one day, and since sellaronda is not very long, it may be even better to ski more. The hotel staff helped us with the ski path questions and route we need to take as initially it is not very clear from the maps.Restaurant is great with very good food and nice staff. The bar is also nice with amazing cocktails.The spa area is very good also. We were imagining a small spa facility, but it was actually pretty good with two swimming pools, two hot saunas, and one wet sauna or hammam. The room and ski storage are just perfect as expected from such a hotel.

Maybe a shuttle could be arranged for reaching nearby bus stops or brunico main station.

The first day I bought cards from the hotel for Kronplatz for me and my girlfriend. We went to the slopes, but the blue slopes were not blue, and she is a beginner skier, when we returned to the hotel I asked the reception to pay extra for the cards, but for Dolomiti Super Ski. No attitude! The next day I had to buy new cards 700€, to ride in Alta Badia, the hotel security simply did not help

Excellent spa facilities. Well maintained, equipped and clean.Both outside pools are amazing. Especially relaxing is the adult area on the upper terrace, spacious finish sauna with large windows giving amazing views of the surrounding nature.Gym 0-24 accessible.Food absolutely amazing!Breakfast with a large choice of everything you can imagine.Dinner was super delicious. Nice choice of wines, variety of starters served at the buffet and really great choice of dishes on a la carte menu.Hotel is very clean. Staff helpful and polite. The entire place has a very relaxed vibe and it’s a great choice.1 min walk to the gondola or a drop off with a hotel minivan if you’re not it walking.The ski resort and the slopes are just amazing.

We arrived late, around 21h, no one to help with the car, parking, skis and the luggage. Same thing repeated upon check out.Another strange thing; steam sauna not working at 10:30h in the morning.

Dinner is badA la card with no choise

The interior is nice. The staff at the front desk were professional, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. The spa has plenty to offer, from an outdoor pool to saunas and a variety of relaxing treatments. The hotel is conveniently located to a ski lift and the shuttle service was very helpful. My room was spacious and nicely decorated.

A food selection in the restaurant (especially for dinner) was disappointing. The service was way too slow and kept forgetting to bring the ordered food despite multiple reminders. A bit surprising that the 5 star hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool.

Decor design layout were excellent sone great relaxing areas and food snd drink on offer - found the bedroom hot at night even though I turned the temperature down

Prepayment for this hotel was tricky as I had several scam emails in advance so I was unsure about the payment method and had my card blocked because I tried too many times - they don’t accept Amex

I really like variety of foods for dinner. Spa area is great, open heated swimming pool on rooftop is excellent. Sauna programs with Ilaria are excellent. Transport from hotel to ski lifts and back are cherry on top.

When I compare to last year I miss AMG Mercedes experience that was free of charge. Some staff in restaurant are not at the level of hotel. They miss smile and proficiency when putting food on table. I would also prefer that there are a bit more different breakfast menus each morning (it is the same every day). Last year they had option for dinner to choose 3 different meals every day, but also standard menu of 5 meals (each day the same); this year they removed option of this fix 5 meals. However food is really excellent and I am sure that new manager Mr. Sebastian is doing great job and has excellent comunication with guests so he will improve whole experience to a better level.

Everything from our room to the hallways to lobby and restaurant was very clean and well thought out.
