I loved everything about this hotel. The room, the breakfast, the staff- all AMAZING! Very nice, quiet location just outside of Brunico, easily reachable by foot or frequent bus service. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. And the attached bar is a wonderful place to have a drink or snack.

The spacious rooms and the fresh decor. The furniture wood was all new. The bathroom design was super cozy. Loved the balcony, probably had one of the best views to the mountains from it (room 106). We addressed our requests prior to check in and we loved them for that! Thank you guys. The breakfast was super nice; the name mention at the table was cute. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all a plus pampering at the end of the day! Car parking was available free at site.
The fact that they didn’t tell us about the free MMM and Lumen museums tickets even though we asked if they had any. We found out at the Kronplatz lift counter so we drove back to hotel and told them what the people at the Kronplatz said… so faced with truth, they gave us the free tickets ?

There were a birthday and Orchestra played to the 12 pm so noisy that I could not sleep. It should not happened.
we stayed for 4 nights and it was the best decision.breakfast was enormous (different kind cereals, fresh fruit, cold press juices, different kind of bread, salami, cheese, a lot of sweets..)the room was spacious, big bathroom, everything clean. very nice spa area.deffinitely worth visit.
High price, not so good experience
Breakfast was not so amazing. I had better experiences in terms of food in Sesto (Veneto).Room was not soundproof. We could hear neighbors' discussions during the night.
Great location not far away from Kronplatz ski area, big and comfortable rooms with modern equipment, great breakfast, friendly staff and free parking.
Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and good spa facilities. We had a great room overlooking the mountains which looked like a postcard picture. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful. The Hotel restaurant is exquisite and we highly recommend it. Great stay!
