Hotel Heinz

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the ski track. Staff was friendly. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel on the ski track means that in the afternoon you can hear the "après-ski party" that is going on near, but the good thing is that it does not last long into the night. Although the hotel room had shades, the light from the parking lot (main parking lot for Kronplatz cable car) was shining right into the room, and as it was windy the light was flickering making it annoying. A bit denser shades would be welcomed.

Superb breakfast spread, staff were all really warm. Nice location and beautiful view of the mountains. Staff were really welcoming even though we arrived later. Floor in the bathroom is heated, which is lovely.

No possibility to dine in after 21.00, there’s a bar but it’s better to have dinner at a neighbouring property.

Nice and clean hotel near Bruneck. Personell Was friendly and supportive. We stayed just one night as we were on the way up to Germany. Very close to the Skilift for the ones interested in winter sports.

Breakfast time slot could be extended to 10 AM.

Nice bed, solid curtains on the window (important for me, I wake up when there's light). Easy parking in front of the hotel. Very quiet.

The reception girl could be more polite and patient. The window was in sight of the next building, and there was a security camera directed at the balcony and peeking inside my window. No night receptionist.

Receptionist Lina ar Croatian bartender in the restorant were amazing. Big rooms, good breakfast, perfect location, huge parking lot. Dinner in the restaurant was surpisingly delicion - biggest recomendations to try lasagna and steak.

Engaged and helpfull staff, location next to the cablecar, well maintained interior.

Couldn’t have my windows open at night because of the smokers on the balcony next to me.

We did a tour of the Dolomites and the Hotel Heinz is in the perfect spot to take the lift to visit the Museum Corones. The staff was lovely and they went out of their way to accommodate me with a gluten free breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic! So appreciated!

There was no fridge or kettle in the room.

The hotel was exceptional. The location is perfect, it is right next to the bus stop. The breakfast was amazing every morning. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is right by the cable car, perfect to go out in the morning to the mountains. The bedroom was super confortable. I slept really well on both nights. The staff is super nice and helpfull. I felt really welcome.

We had an agreement for breakfast-box to be given to me in the morning before canteen was open, but it did not happen.

Very nice, large and comfortable room. Great view from our balcony of the gondolas going up the mountain. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Hotel is nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good and the location is perfect for mountains lovers. You can rent bike in a rent-shop next to the hotel entrance. Hiking trails for Plan de Corones are nearby, and you can also take the cable car for Plan de Corones. Free parking place in front of the door entrance.This hotel is excellent value for money. Yo get then free entrace to Cron4 swimming pool and half price for Sauna village.Lovely!
