Hotel Majestic - Unique Spa Resort

Good food, easy access to facilities, gorgeous mountain views. Our dogs were equally welcomed.

From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

The location is great and the view is spectacular for people looking for relaxation. The facilities and supports activities in the resort and around its location were very suitable for different age group. The staff that we met during our stay were wonderful, special thanks to Ms. Debora, Mr. Veli, and Mr. Lazlo for their kindness all time during our stay.

Location is far from the town.

It was amazing. We almost risked of not going for some family problem, but im glad we still went atleast to relax for a day.The staff are all very warm and hospitable, always have a smile on their faces. The room is beautiful and spacious.

Not any easy way to dry all the wet ski clothes in the room, since the heating is pretty low, BUT we put that problem out and it was solved in few minutes… We got a little extra heater in our room.Thank you for that!

Very nice family hotel with a great SPA that kids can enjoy. Rooms and bathrooms were big and very modern. We had to reschedule our visit for 2 days as are kids got ill before we came and they managed to reshuffle our schedule at no cost. The hotel also has a playroom that our kids liked.

No genuine minuses. The hotel is not right at the slopes, but some 3-4 minutes drive. However, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service which was always there both to pick you up and get you back. The only improvement I can think of that some larger hotels have is baby sitting of kids in playroom.

The service was bellow 4 star hotel. We set in the bar for more than 30 min in several occasions and waiter didn’t come to serve us. The dinner is a long wait to get all the food. However the food was good.

The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Towel had some makeup stain from previous use, no do not disturb sign for the room, it was a bit cold in the room and in the hotel in general, pillows could be replaced with new ones, current ones did their time.

The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The staff was attentive and very kind.The dinner services were also of excellent quality and the service very professional. The dining rooms with their Sudtirol decor was a treat.The spa facilities were quite good and great after a day skiing.

There wasn't an ATM at the property. To obtain cash you had to go quite a distance.

General experience is very good, food is great.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable. However, I felt that the sauna rules were very strict, and at times, the staff's enforcement of these rules came across as a bit aggressive. While I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and pleasant environment, the tone used made it difficult to fully relax, which is the primary reason for using the sauna.I would kindly suggest that the staff communicate the rules in a more approachable and friendly manner, keeping in mind that guests are there to unwind. Other than this, the rest of the facilities and services were excellent, and I appreciate the effort the hotel puts into providing a high-quality experience.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely warm and helpful, service was immaculate and the meals were fantastic! We were so pampered. Everything about the hotel is thoughtful and aimed at providing a perfect experience. It is also very near to the Kronplatz ski slope.

Only one lift, which is slow sometimes. Most guests just use the stairs which is fine.

I wish the pool hours would have been extended later.

The hotel is very nice aswell as the staff. The wellness has everything you can wish for and the breakfast has an incredible selection. All in all i recommend a stay, especially for a couple!

It was all great, i got nothing.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in , the room was extremely big very comfortable, in a chalet style, big bathroom and all the amenities that you would ever need. The hotel is quite large with a big Spa area which is fitting all the needs, large pool, several saunas multiple relaxation areas. We had included in the price breakfast and dinner which were excellent , a real fine dining experience especially during dinner. During lunch we had a snack bar which was very good and varied . We will definitely have return
