Beautiful renovation, friendly staff, excellent value!

Easy to find and park. Large room with skylight. At breakfast, they make the coffee and the cappuccino is good.

Parking is good. Also spa is included in stay fee.Interesting breakfast

wifi was poor in the room, though okay in the lobby. I also missed not having a kettle to make tea in the room.

Nothing. This hotel is also a good restaurant, but there are a lot of customers. You better reserve in advance if you want to have dinner the night of your stay.

We were travelling around the southern Austrian Alps and the hotel is a good choice fir a short 1-day stopover. The hotel is located just 5-10 min walk from the town center. Ample and free car park provided by the hotel. Rooms were ready ahead of our arrival - clean rooms, comfy beds.Pleasant check in-check out experience. Very hospitable staff.

Room, breakfast, evening meal and staff were all very good.

Room is spacious and comfortable. If schedule allowed we will like to stay for another night to explore around the hotel.

Everything. Location is good - just 1 min from town. Room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is amazing! The best breakfast we have had so far in our 1.5 weeks in the Dolomites region. There’s an elevator. We arrived in Lienz on a rainy Sunday (when everything in town was closed) and we were very happy to have such a comfortable place to relax in for the afternoon and night.

Only 1 thing - there isn’t any electric water kettle in room. But when we went down to ask for some hot water, a staff immediately gave us a kettle of hot water :)

Really enjoyed the sauna, breakfast out in the courtyard garden and the location. It was quiet and just a very short walk over the bridge (over the lovely river) into the old town of Lienz.

The receptionist on arrival was very matter-of-fact but could have been friendlier.

check-in outside of the reception hours was easy and well explained- the breakfast buffet is amazing- they have their proper parking lot- it is conveniently located, quiet and still just around the corner from Old Town- Personnel is very attentive and nice- Room was big- the spa area with Sauna and steam bath is a nice place to relax after an active day

Nothing to mention, all was close to perfect. If you want to improve the experience I would suggest facilitating water boilers in the room and maybe a fridge.

Great room and bed with a big bathroom. Everything was very clean and taken care of.
