Great hotel. Beautiful interior & rooms are extremely comfortable. Great location if you are going to the Grosslockner High Road which is not far away. Breakfast is outstanding & makes worth the trip & stay. Owner & his wife are always present & very friendly. I am always in a sports car & underground parking always a plus. I hear many car clubs & groups make this a stop when visiting the high road. Beautiful lobby bar. Outdoor restaurant pricey but very good

For some reason never enough towels in the room. Small gripe & only one but I’ve been here several times & always same minor issue. No A/C & some complain but I was here in a heatwave which is rare but at night was not an issue for me like some. You are in the alps !!

Third time staying here. Great location if going to drive the Austrian high road.unbelievable breakfast. Owner is always present or his wife. Caters to cars & motorcycles touring. Safe facility for expensive cars/bikes.

Parking should be free but at 25 euro’s when driving a 200k car it is ok.

Everything !!! The Hotel was exceptional, the staff was exceptional, the room was exceptional. Everything about our stay was beyond any expectation we had. Would loved to have stayed longer but travel plans didn't allow for it.... Can't say enough good things to say. The free breakfast was the best I have ever seen....truly spectacular. The view from the room (311) was breathtaking. Mountain and river view !!!! As well as the balcony!!!!!

We had two rooms and everything was according to, or beyond expectations (dinner, breakfast, river view, rooms, architecture and decorations, underground parking, balcony, etc). One thing I think I should mention in particular: it is a family run hotel and the owner spends some time with each visitor at dinner time, in a friendly but tactful manner.

Amazing classy hotel, with one of the most spacious rooms I have ever stayed in!We arrived quite late, so we had an a la carte dinner which was fenomenal. The wine line is also quite decent.The parking in the garage was great as well, with the high ceiling so we could fit with an SUV with a fitted Thule! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to check out the spa:/

The towels had a weird odour, maybe try changing the softener!

That was the most beautiful and unique hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything felt like something from a fairytale. The room was spacious, featuring a large king bed, a huge bathroom, and a fantastic view from the balcony. Very chic. The spa was also extensive, with numerous saunas and relaxation rooms. The pool was also amazing, especially the outdoor area with a river view. The breakfast was delicious, and with so many choices, we had an awe-inspiring dinner. The service was exceptional. A short walk to the Lienz Christmas market was the cherry on top. We strongly recommend it, and my husband and I plan to return for a retreat to enjoy the beauty of it all. Thank you.

the personals were very welcoming , the room was specious and clean , they opened the outdoor pool on demand

poorly prepared for the beginning of the season and having customers, outdoor pool and Sauna opens only after 13h , fruits and hot water for tea in the wellness area is not regularly checked and updated , for the money I was expecting more services available that are worth the price as similar hotels

Simply incredible facilities! We had only a short stay but were able to enjoy most of the amenities available from massages to the pool and a delicious dinner. Everyone was friendly, the underground parking was great and the rooms were spacious and inviting. Everything was fairly priced as well!

will its a 5 star hotel .. the staf are nice. the rooms are beautiful and comfy and has everything. the spa is nice and it has a lot of saunas and amazing pool . breakfast is good and the location is amazing . we booked it twice during our 10 nights in austria .. simply one of the best hotels in our trip if its not the best one

parking space for a single car is tight.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The large rooms show some wear but nothing too bad. The rooms are beautifully furnished, like the rest of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was top notch!

Outstanding hotel with very good facilities and a lovely setting. The room was large and comfortable and the shower pressure was very good. Fantastic swimming pool and garden. Underground parking for my motorcycle.

Service in the restaurant was very slow - an hour for starter to arrive and another 45 minutes for the main course. Luckily the setting and the weather were so pleasant we weren't to put out. The food was very good.

Traveling 2 up on a motorcycle, it was so great to have the best amenities (food, pool, spa) and at an amazing location with the nicest staff without having to leave the premises. Although not planned, we stayed an extra night because we loved it so much.

Stunning hotel with a beautiful pool and river running in the back. Steps from restaurants shops and cafes. The dinner and breakfast were exceptional.

Very pleasant corner suite with balcony and great views. The staff were very attentive and the food was good. The parking garage was well designed and could take sports cars easily down the ramp. Outside parking was also available. The garden area is especially pleasant with a jacuzzi and pool sited discretely in the grounds. A great location to drive out from.

All hotel guests were packed into one area of the restaurant for dinner which was not ideal as we were a large (and noisy) party. Not ideal for other diners.

Lovely spacious rooms and good facilities. Good breakfast area which outdoor terrace which was lovely

We were a large group and placed in the middle of the restaurant for dinner - I don't think this worked well for the other diners around us
