    Location was excellent.

The room had a moldy smell. Every time someone flushed a toilet or showered upstairs it felt like the water was rushing through my walls. So loud. Found hairs on a towel. Also the hallway was roo noisy because of all the hard surfaces.

The staff was very friendly and room was very nice.

Parking was not ideal, but location was great.

Breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful, location perfect and everything was clean!

Beds were quite hard and one night i could hear a chair moving a lot next door- this could be easily fixed by putting soft pads on the legs of the chair.

Great location in the heart of the historic district. This is a recent renovation of a centuries old palazzo and everything was clean and new and functional. There was on site secure parking for our car. And the staff were ever so helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve encountered on our travels in Italy.

    Nothing. It was wonderful.

The staff were nice, and the location.

Very uncomfortable beds, It doesn’t have water heaters, very basic decoration.

Location location location! And lovely staff at the front desk and breakfast.

It’s a bit dated and dark.

Location was just perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful.

strangely, the room has echo and that was a nuisance

Location is probably the first point one will make. The hotel is in an old building, but very nice. Parking the car not for a junior driver, but the very friendly staff is there to assist and help. The room was big and offered enough storage space too. The breakfast buffet might be average, but the staff made up for it with excellent service.

Good location, good wi-fi, helpful staff.

    Single room is very small.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with this hotel. Location and entrance are good but inside it is totally characterless and the single rooms are only utilitarian - most upsetting for the price!

Not only did the room lack any charm it was also freezing cold on arrival - it would help if staff turned the heating on a bit before occupancy! Despite turning up the air conditioning the floor remained cold throughout my stay, and the bedding wasn’t warm enough. I didn’t find the pillows comfy and probably because I was agitated by the whole experience I was very aware of the noise generated by the room above me - sound proofing between floors wasn’t adequate for such a recently renovated hotelThere’s no kettle provided in the single rooms ( they did relent and lent me one - necessary for my hot water bottle!! ) I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Breakfast was good and the location is perfect for exploring Vicenza's many attractions and also within easy reach of railway station for Verona and Venice visits.

The room was very cold and no heating was available. Towels remained soaking vet over night, albeit after two days we were provided with fresh towels daily. We were told that national regulations did not allow the hotel to turn on the heating in the room nor the towel rail in the bathroom. This was early October and outside temperature maximum 15 C during the day and even colder inside the room!

    Large, comfortable and well located

Breakfast was a bit too simple

Pleasant, cool quiet and stylish property with thoughtful and helpful staff. Perfectly located in the city centre.

The charge for water in the mini fridge! You don’t really expect that in a hotel of this type. Also (small point) a few more hangers in the closet would have been appreciated.

Very large rooms in the perfect location. Love the fresco ceilings and chandeliers. Breakfasts great and staff is amazing.

The room never got less than 24 C, even with the AC set to the lowest. Very large rooms and high ceilings may require more AC. It want quite uncomfortable, exactly, but it was cooler outside in August to open the windows after dark and let air in then the ac would cool the room. The rooms are also very sparse in decore and the architecture deserves a little more attention to details in more decoration and details. I mean these as constructive and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
