AC Hotel Vicenza

It looks great from the outside and is convenient to the autostrada

The hotel advertises A/C in all rooms, but doesn't switch over to A/C until April 15, which meant that they continued to pump heat into our room. We had to open the windows to regulate temps, but that meant that we were flooded with noise and light.

The motel was clean and the young lady who checked us in was fluent in English. She was very friendly and honestly probably the friendliest person we had met so far in Italy. She was very helpful in food suggestions as well.

The thing that we didn't like is the A/C didn't work in our room and the walls were very thin so we could hear the man in the room next to us snoring and talking on the phone about how much he disliked the English language.

Was really bad rooms were very cold no heating spoke to the receptionist he said the heater is central will work soon since last night I didn't feel the heat yet

Extremely polite staff. Very close to the business address I was supposed to visit. Lots of parking space.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff was incredibly supportive throughout my stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Standard of the hotel is good. Breakfast is ok like Ibis and simmilar chains of hotel. Comfy beds. Location.

Batteries in room opener were down, so no opening of room door was possible. We need to ask hotel reception to open our room. Why was changing piles of room door opener not an option???

/To visit centre of Vicenza you must use car/public transport. We were visiting because of work, so for us location was perfect

It's 10 minutes by car from hotel to a big parking lot close to central station, from there 5 minutes to historical center. Very convenient.Nice restaurant within walking distance. Concierge made reservation for us.Complementary water and coffee in lobby.

Roms in 6th floor facing towards street very hot und loud. Air condition only works from May on.

The room is perfectly equipped, the bathroom is extremely spacious, the bed is comfortable, cleaning was done daily. The breakfast offer was to my taste - healthy and extremely fresh food.

Everything was superlative. If we analyze from the point of view of the quality-price ratio, I was very satisfied.

There are no slippers in the room, only Italian electric plugs and so guests might be in trouble if they don't have an international adaptor, a little far from the city center, no stores or restaurants nearby hotel

The room is big enough for two people, clean, bed was comfortable. There is an excellent restaurant 500m from hotel - Villa delle Rose.

The AC didnt work so it was a bit cold in the room, but blankets were enough to get warm.Location is good if you are staying for one night, not so good if you are tourist and want to see the city. Also at night its very dark around the hotel.Toilet does not have normal door, but just some glass one and there is zero sound isolation.

Breakfast was fine the first four days we were there. They seemed to have run out of some of their fresh fruit jars. Maybe it’s just me and I’m not used to European style breakfast. Bacon was unlike the bacon we have in the states.

We had a room with a tub/shower combo. Very slippery and difficult to get in and out of.
