Rooms are super basic.

The location might make sense if you are traveling for business and need to be in this (not at all appealing) industrial zone.If you want to see anything from the city, better stay in the city. The shower was not very comfortable and the fire defector was blinking all night. The charger for electric cars didn’t work so I had to drive another 2x 15 minutes so charge my car.Overall we have absolutely no idea, how this hotel comes to 4 stars. Even 2 starts would be very generous.
Just a one night stay.
Bathroom, bed, and room size
Spacious, not bad and comfortable
No windows in the bathroom. Very very very bad smell in the room and the bathroom. We booked for 6 days and 4 days rooms were cleaned, the other days we came back to unclean room and smelling bad. Room 134 to be precise. Also, the heating system wasn’t working, I was shaking every night, luckily I brought my own blankets! I won’t share pictures because it doesn’t look good.
Location opposite the fair grounds
It was a very basic hotel. Clean but felt more like a dormitory than a hotel. Smelt stale. Staff were very pleasant.
The room was very big for a family of 4 and they accept dogs. Location was good to spend the night, specialy if you just want to hit the road early. The staff is very friendly.
It is very run down. The flags at the front tells you all. The foyer is great but the rest needs a renovation. Our room was very old fashion, the shower needs an update and also the bed covers. I missed a kettle in the room. It is a shame because it has the quality and the space to be a great hotel.
Staff support
bathroom. it was ugly and there is no flexible shower so that you need to get wet full body. additionally, it is a mystery how you can play with to get the right temperature for the water in the shower.
The building and the professional staff.
Location is in an industrial zone but perfect for those who visit Vicenza trade fair.
It sucked!
Property was dirty. The two family rooms we booked were only accessible by leaving the main building into a dark area behind the hotel. The air conditioning in the one room didn’t work. The maintenance man apparently doesn’t work on the weekends so they couldn’t reach him on the one to fix it. The refrigerator was frozen over therefore wouldn’t close and water was all over the floor. They had to give us one new room which was inside the hotel away from our other room so our family was split up. There were spiders everywhere and a dead roach on the floor in one of the rooms. The beds were so uncomfortable. Would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The shower door was broken.
We stayed at the hotel for an event in the Fiera nearby and this is the only hotel you can walk to the Fiera and this is already very good, plus they offer the free parking. The location, facilities, staff are as expected.
Close to fair. Staff especially receptionist were very helpful.
Needs refurbishment especially common areas
The hotel's location is its biggest advantage. It is just a short walk from the entrance to Fiere di Vicenza, and it is also close to the center of Vicenza. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel offers a variety of amenities to make your stay enjoyable.Overall, Alfa Fiera Hotel is a great option for guests looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel near Fiere di Vicenza.
The hotel's prices can be a bit high, especially during trade fair periods. The hotel restaurant also offers good food, but it can be somewhat expensive.
Comfortable bed
They gave wrong room type, no complimentary water, slow and small elevator…to me this is not a 4 stars hotel.
Very close to the convention center. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I did not have the breakfast but it did look like they had a nice selection.
The value. I understand that the benefit is being close to the trade shows. Over $525 usd is a lot for this type of room in my experience. Very basic room with no carpeting makes it a bit loud when doors are closing, suitcases rolling down the hall and people are walking above. The shower was not great, it was fine for one night but I am just surprised at the price.
It was five minutes walk to the convention centre, the staff were so nice friendly and helpful, the air conditioning was really good
Position close to the fair and availability of parking space. The lady at the reception desk very friendly.
The place is quite far from the city and not particularly comfortable. Both the restaurant and bar were closed during the lunch time.
Passable
not up to 4 stars level. Ild and poorly maintained. The elevators seem to be from the early 80ies
comfortable beds, very clean shower etc.
Weird lack of comforts in the bedroom. hard carpet-less floor, no tea/coffee making facilities.
