Very clean and safe.

Standard business room, with nice hard bed. At night everything was very quiet! Plenty of parking space. Location is next to a big shopping centre with lots of things to do.Breakfast was perfect, buffet style with lots of tasty things.

Excellent hotel, close to the highway and right next to a shopping center. The breakfast was excellent.

The front staff were pleasant and helpful. Morning breakfast was wonderful and exceeded expectation.

I occupied a room above the main entrance / patio. Periodically social gathering of only a few people laughing and talking into the evening became a bit disruptive. Notice to the front staff diffused the situation. The only other complaint were the dust bunnies that had accummulated prior to our arrival and hadn't been addressed prior to our stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Ask for one of the remodeled rooms, they are very nice. Gym not very nice.

Too much noise. I could hear every door, every step from my room.

The hotel was very comfortable and decent, a bit old-fashioned (in a nice fancy way). The room was very spacious and cosy. Everything was clean and new.

It's far away from the center, but, of course, this is what you see when you book. It's next to a shopping mall, which can be a good thing (easy shopping with lots of options) or a bad one (the view from the room is to a giant parking lot)

I booked the executive double room and the room was lovey, bed was comfortable and bathroom great. I had booked 2 nights, but had to check out a few hours after I checked in due to medical reason that caused me to short my trip. The hotel very kindly, did not charge for our second night even though it passed the free cancellation time frame. They did it out of courtesy and I thought it was very kind of them. Thank you

Size of the rooms were good. But the quality of the beds was really low.

Breakfast medium. The cleaning personnel did not charge for new soaps, shampoos, etc. There was no liquid soap for hand washing. The quality of the WC papers was too low, and even on some days they did not charge new ones! Far below our expectations. Far below what they show in the pictures.

The hotel was located in the middle of Vicenza. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

The mattress a little too firm.

We loved the decor, and the glass shower in our room, so cool!! This location was great for our specific needs. We were all pleasantly surprised that we slept quite well on the firmer mattresses. We also enjoyed the pool, very relaxing ... like a little oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The available breakfast the next morning was superb with plenty of delicious options!!

It's three buildings combined, so we got a little confused and turned around trying to find our rooms. Once we did, it was totally fine. It was also a little chilly in our rooms (we did try adjusting the thermostats), but it would be nice if some extra blankets were available in the wardrobe if necessary. I would recommend some extra or more comfy pillows as well (since the mattresses are a little on the firmer side). ?

The staff was nice. The location was close to the mall and military base. .

The room is basic and bare. No extra toiletries. The shower drain was clogged so when showering ,we were standing in a puddle of water. The towels were dingy white. The walls are thin.you can hear everything in the halls .

Breakfest was good, rooms very clean and service on time. Pool and guards where very good, helpful. We like it because it was not too much people around.

Beds was too soft and creaky. Too expensive beer in Hotel cafe, and relatively small choice of drinks in general.

The pool was amazing as well as the friendly staff and outstanding food at the restaurant.

Clean, great location next to a mall. Friendly staff. Decent European type breakfast. Nice pool! So easy to get to the nearby military installation. Will definitely choose this hotel again for the future!

Hotel was full and parking is split in front and back.

The receptionist was nice.

The surroundings and breakfast were really poor, the standard of the hotel was like for 2 stars.

Overall it is good for the price. Most of the staff was super nice and food is great. Pool is a good extra, especially for kids.

One of the days nobody came to the room to take out the trash bin and refill toilet paper. When kindly asked at reception to send someone - young man offered me to take the trash out by myself and to give me a toilet paper on hands. It was funny since it was already after 5pm and we were on our way out for dinner. The trash bin was still full when we came back.

Great location with shopping , clean rooms, lovely pool, friendly staff

Surprisingly Good Breakfast

Small things in the room bothered me. Sensored lights, no way to block light from bathroom to room.
