Location is convenient to walk to train station (not too far from center of town) and have a car (not too close to center of town)

The garage has a terrible sewerage smell, like polluted water. No iron or Ironing board. The shower drain was clogged and they sent a service person up to un clog but it retain the same. This 4 star rated hotel was more like a 1 or 2 star at best

The area is not super cool but that's not the Hotel's fault. Anyway the position is relly near the downtown.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly - very helpful! I would gladly stay again if I had the opportunity to visit Vicenza again. Loved the breakfast each morning - quite a wonderful selection!

The curtains in our room were very worn and tired...and the location was a little farther out from the town than I had expected, but that is my fault from not knowing the area better.

Free parking, ratio of price/value compared to the accommodations downtown. We booked some hours before arrival, got a better bigger room and that it was it exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast is fair, nothing special.If you look closer, you realize that it has not been renovated for long time. But we stayed 1 night, got bigger better room, so did not matter much.

The staff people were super nice and they gave us breakfast on our last day even though it wasn't included in our stay.

The hotel looks tired and worn. Needs some serious upgrading. There is parking but to get there you have to drive down a spiral driveway that is almost too narrow for two cars to pass (scary). The location isn't in a very appealing area. Apartment looking buildings around the hotel that look rundown with sketchy people walking around. Didn't feel safe walking around so didn't do much exploring. Fortunately, we were only there two nights (was our jump off point for a day in Venice) and felt it was overpriced for what you get.

The hotel staff (front desk) were really friendly and helpful.

The waitresses in the restaurant in the lobby, where breakfast is served, were rude. They let us come in, settle at a table, and then started taking all the food out. I would expect they would either wait for us to serve ourselves, or not let us come in, but never let us in and take everything out. When I complained, they spoke in Italian, which I don’t understand, but but clearly made fun of me. It was outrageous. The shower drain did not work. The garage was flooded and very malodorous.

Good location for our needs. Great sized bathroom and **counter space**. Nice breakfast selection. Convenient hotel restaurant with some great dining.

I wasn't sure where to park when I arrived. Breakfast wasn't too good.

They stored our luggage before we could check in, gave us great directions to the train to Venice, and provided a great breakfast.

Very good value for Vicenza and helpful staff. The room was very large also for the area, and inside/garage parking was very good. The breakfast was great

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms, even no fans. So if you didn't bring one, you were going to roast. Also patios are connected with the other rooms, which makes no sense. This is a bad design and they need to fix this. Means there is no privacy on the balcony or children could wander to a neighbors patio or room.

old facilities, problems with the shower, problem with the air conditioner, wet garage like a pool, moldy smell, very poor breakfast, charged me twice.

Refrigerator wasn’t cold.

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean.

There weren't ANY sockets near the bed to recharge my phone, the only one in the room was at the desk near the TV. Very disappointed. The hair dryer was also a bit weak.

The staff were friendly and the room clean. It just felt out dated and tired. The rooms were out of date and the decor old.I paid for a suit but really didn't feel there was any benefit as no TV in the living room so it was a bit pointless.

Lots of loud school groups, but after 10.30 pm they were quite quiet.
