The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing! The room was big and roomy. Loved the bathroom!

The mattress was very hard. We did not sleep comfortably, but we are used to a pillow mattress.

It is a great staff and location.

The deluxe double was not as nice a room as it has been in the past. It was a corner unit and somewhat smaller than the units facing the street.

Very spacious hotel near train station. Room was comfortable with an extra seating area. It just outside the city wall so very convenient .

The room had not been cleaned it was rectified as soon as we let the front desk know.

The hotel is centrally located between the central station and downtown. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast was also good.

Location, location, location! A 4 minute walk from the train station, right by two parks, and minutes to the beautiful downtown. The hotel was elegant, immaculate, and had every luxury we could think of. The breakfast was over the top.

The hotel is nice and close to the station and is comfortable and tastefully furnished. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Corso Palladio and be right in the historic area and around many restaurants and bars etc.The young woman at reception was friendly and helpful and everything in my room (a/c, shower, towels, comfort of the bed) was great. They also serve an excellent breakfast from 7-10.

My only gripe was that there was no bottled water in the room and no drinks machine. I went and got a bottle from reception but they charged me maximum retail price for it.

This hotel offers not only a great location near a lovely park but also spacious, bright rooms with fantastic views. The breakfast is solid and satisfying, just what you need to start the day. What truly stands out, though, is the staff—Massimo and his colleague are exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and always ready with helpful recommendations, without ever being intrusive. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We’ll be back!

This was the nicest hotel room I have booked in 9 weeks in Italy. The location - if you are coming by train is GREAT! The staff was friendly and effective; the continental breakfast was good.

Italian hotels do not have air conditioning in April, and a coffee maker in the room would be a bonus.

Large bright room extremely well located! Easy walk from train station and into beautiful Vicenza
