Friendly receptionist, soft towels, clean bedding

Location was sketchy. Upon arrival several guys hanging around. Looking into our car as we are checking in. Felt very uncomfortable. Outside of hotel looks nothing like on pictures and needs upkeep.

Big room with hardwood floor, good breakfast, convinient parking.

Convenient hotel for one night stay, we use it to sleep over when we go for skiing. Breakfast has savory options, not huge, but you will not stay hungry.

The cleanliness is not on a high level, the bathroom was full of hair. The bed table also wasn’t really clean. The blankets provided were thin and we only had one duvet in the room for 3 people so there are things that can be improved.

Hotel located away from city centre in a quiet area of many ethnicities. Free parking available. Hotel and room is dated and reasonable size. Bus stop to city centre is across the street from the hotel. Please be informed that bus services ends early in Vicenza. We took Uber back to hotel after dinner at city centre. This hotel is below 4 star. Better options available at this price and we regretted staying here.

Unbelievable. Scrambled eggs for breakfast cancelled because kitchen ran out of eggs. It was 9am when we went for our buffet breakfast.We complained to reception and was told that the restaurant was a different management. No apology, just excuses!

Nice, comfortable and clean room. We had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was very nice.

I would say the cost is too high for the location

The room was very comfortable and the staff that welcomed us was very kind. Breakfast was good, and over quality of the hotel is ok.

When we asked if we could take a walk around the neighborhood, we were informed that it wasn't very safe. Additionally, when we wanted to have a drink instead of a full dinner at the hotel restaurant, we were treated somewhat impolitely and were moved from the table where we were initially seated.

It was particularly hot in Vicenza during our stay. Unfortunately the hotels aircon couldn’t keep up with the heat. We had to sleep with wet towels.

The air conditioner in the room was not working. It was very hot. The mini fridge was very noisy, which was disturbing when sleeping. The area around the hotel is not the best. We saw many strange persons around there.

Not worth price you pay

Would give 2 stars, but we're asked by receptionist on the door step out after booking out to pay city fee which wasn't included in price or mentioned anywhere on web page or on the booking in. This is very dodgy. It might had 4 stars at launch or 20 years ago. Now barely 2 stars. Decorations pealing off. Shower section never seen proper clean. Very disgusting. Sadly hadn't slippers to step in. Shower head is a joke small and barely working. Carpet stinks horribly. The room it self stinks like dead house. Don't leave things on bathroom cupboard as it will get socked from stupid design of sink ant tap and water leaks down the tap onto top around the cut in sink and into your stuff. Toilet floor wasn't cleaned I believed they didn't seen the reason but there were lots of them. Breakfast is a joke. Lots of cakes. But no proper food. There was silly boring eggs but no any souce. Or bread. Just rock hard buns or sweet croissants. Coffee from a machine. Only espresso or American which is espresso with some hot water. There is no proper coffee. Very disappointed with Italy hotels this is 3 hotel on the way to Venice and this makes me to think about this country that only in very posh restaurants and hotels only in very few most popular cities stars can meet the reality. The rest country is just poor unshown or hiden from the world but act as it would be the same Italy as presented to the world. Fake

Room (and the hotel) was dated, but good enough.

The hotel advertises it has Air Conditioning, but apparently due to some city law they couldn't turn it on until later in the month even though it was unusually hot at the time (early April). Understand they cannot control the laws, but should set expectations (why should customers pay extra to stay in a hotel that has A/C if it's not turned on???). Also... walls are not insulated enough to dampen the noise of the couple having sex in the next room; called the front desk to ask them to keep the moans down, but they didn't. 30 min later I went down to the front desk to tell them to get me another room so they finally called them. (My wife was in the room and heard the phone ring in the room next door, so we know they didn't call the first time.)

The hotel's lobby and room was really nice. The breakfast was superb and the staff was very accommodating. For the price, it was a great value.

There were weeds growing outside our room window on the balcony ledge.

The front desk was 24hr which was perfect because we came in after midnight.

The bed was extremely hard and the ac did not work! The room was HOT that after breakfast we checked out quickly because I couldn't take the heat anymore.The breakfast could be better. Only had about 2 savory options and everything else was sweets (cakes, pastries...etc).The decor was very outdated in the rooms.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Anything I asked for they had no problem helping me out.

Only thing I didn’t like was after day 1 I started to get ants in my room.

Breakfast was good.The room is spacious .The bathroom is good but low in amenities.Te receptionists are very hospitalable

Didn't like the pinl colour outside the corridor of rooms . It was too dark that I had to use my mobile phone light

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quick and easy late check-in and kept the kitchen open so I could get a late dinner. Comfortable rooms, clean with good amenities like coffee, fridgr, water. Good location for grocery shopping and easy access to the bus system. Good value for money.

The hot water flow for the shower was inconcistant, brace yourself for the shot of cold water.
