Key Hotel

This hotel exceeded expectations for its price. It was elegant, beautiful and spacious. The staff were very professional and friendly. The bathroom included terrycloth robes. The breakfast was a delicious brunchlike feast of regional specialties.

No complaints. Everything was perfect.

The hotel staff was excellent and the included breakfast was perfect. The location of the hotel is a short walk to the center of the old town and easy access to the autostrada.

The pillows in the room were horrible, my wife and I had to go buy our own pillows to get a good night sleep. Not only were the pillows flat and really hard, they only give you one per person. The bed was too firm as well.

Towels felt like sandpaper, but we still enjoyed the stay.

I can say it was a good stay overall, I did like the room and the breakfast. Staffing was very pleasant and accommodating. Only point I have not evaluated in advance was the stadium in front in case of an event.

I think for the economic value everything was ok, the breakfast variety was more than enough.

Loved the hotel and staff! Very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good. It only took a short walk to get to downtown and the bus station. My son is stationed in Vicenza and it was a great place to stay. I will be booking with them again when I come again to visit my son. Note: after I checked out, I dropped my passport right in front of the hotel. I didn’t realize it. When the employee at the hotel realized it, they called the cops to find me on the train to come get it. Luckily, the train had not left, the cops found me, had a cab waiting and I was able to get back to the hotel to get my passport and board the next train for the airport. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful!

The hotel's staff was extremely friendly and helpful! It's close to a bus and they gave me information for anything that I asked about. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent.

LOVED the on site parking, or there was parking at the stadium next door or street parking. The front desk folks were very nice every time we walked in the door, and the whole process was very easy. Price was great too!

The stay at Key Hotel was perfect. I have spent there three nights with my partner and we felt super comfortable. Very friendly staff, super clean room and amazing breakfast with many different sweet and salty options. The location is also very good as it is not far from the city centre and the train station. Everything is easily reachable on foot. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back!

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was great for us. The price was great. We were close to the old city and yet it was in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was excellent!

Staff was really nice and large room for a family of 4 to be together which most other hotels in the area could not accommodate. AC in room worked great!

A little farther out from the city center on a side street and the hotel has a bit of wear and tear. Small fridge and coffee maker in room would have been appreciated.

Best is the night staff - very kind & wanna help as much as they can. Room was okay but rooms differ from each other.

Breakfast was below expections. And not all rooms are of the same quality. Free parking is rare especially if you arrive at night so only alternative is to park freely until 8.00am.

Very close proximity to the center of Vicenza and a great value. Also, the air conditioning was spectacular! Parking was easy. Staff assisted us with finding parking for a small fee just across the street. Staff always greeted us in a friendly manner.

The pillows need to be upgraded. Stiff neck every morning from how uncomfortable the pillows were.

I stayed for 4 days and as a family I can consider some improvement on hair dryer (too old) and I missed a water boiler or even a coffee machine.If more than 2 days on hotel, perhaps the breakfast can be boring as repetitive

The air condition in the room and the elevator were a bit old. There was no air condition on the hallway.

We were pleasantly surprised what a fresh, clean, and stylish hotel this was. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful to figure out train times to and from Venice.
