About a 20 minute walk to old city wall. There is a bus stop directly across the street.

The parking space. The staff was friendly and was able to help even at late night hours.

There was a loud noise in the morning I am assuming it’s because of renovation or of some sort. The cleaning crew came into our room twice even after we told them to leave us alone. But other than that it was decent. Don’t know if there was a Do Not Disturb sign or button but would’ve liked if the staff told us beforehand.

Beautiful hotel, all staff so professional and welcoming. Room was modern, extremely well maintained. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable beds too.

Nice hotel, breakfast okay, parking garage, great staff !! and a very good restaurant just around the corner (also good for GF-people - we'll be back next time)

Large room, very close to everything and secure parking.

Inside dinning was a little small but on nice days we could use the outside dinning.

Vicenza is a sleepy (too sleepy) town.In the evening there is nothing at all to do at the vacinity of the hotel.The walk to center of the old town (ghost town in the evening) is dark and not inviting.The hotel -they positioned the room as "Deluxe" while it didn't answer to my basice standards.The walls have many dark marks, there is kid's bed in the room that I didn't ask for and only takes space, the basis of the beds are very old with lots of teared parts, the view is OK at best imho.

Unique hotel with a.somewhat kitschy retro decorGood location, about a 25 minute minute walk to historic center. Very attentive and helpful front desk staff. Secure storage for bikes. Good breakfast but not if you are celiac.

Bedding was not good. There was only the bedspread and a sheet, no duvet or quilt and the bedspread was used by previous guests.

We were charged 2 euros for a small bottle of water from the room where it should have given free or at least not been overcharged.

The rooms not at the expected standard. Old, worn out furniture. There wasn’t a paper bin in the room to deposit the rubbish. Shower cabin doors not closing properly which caused a huge flood in the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell in both rooms that we had for our stay.

Nice and cosy hotel, beautiful decor in the lobby, friendly stuff! Nice breakfast. Recommended!

Like most Italian hotels of this category the rooms and furniture are outdated and uninviting. The air-conditioning was old and struggled with the heat of the summer.
