The staff here was top notch friendly and helpful. Really went above and beyond ! The decor is eclectic and cool. Breakfast was great. Every detail attended to.

Not one thing!

Hard to say, really. The room was incredibly beautiful. We were very well assited by every person we were in contact with. One of the finest hotels we've ever been, worth every penny of the rate.

The location of the hotel is very central, 5 min walk to Palladio. Cleanliness is excellent. Initially we booked a small room with breakfast — the hotel got in touch afterwards stating that they won’t be able to serve breakfast for a while and they could give us a free upgrade to make up for it. We got to stay in a bigger room and they were serving croissants, coffee and orange juice in a room in the lobby area for guests’ comfort. First night we had an issue with the heating of the room so the staff immediately gave us a Dyson heater and offered to change the room. They didn’t charge us for the first night. Although there were some mishaps, the attentiveness and positive attitude of the staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We would def come back.

The idea of staying at the same hotel as the rest of my group

They cancelled my reservation because of overbooking. I had made this reservation to meet my cousin, visiting from another country. They honoured her booking and cancelled mine. I called them and explained the situation, told that I just had a knee surgery, and there was another room booked for a family member, and they told me there was a group in the same category as mine and they couldn’t do anything regarding by booking because the hotel was fully booked, but would keep my cousin’s. I made this reservation almost 3 months ago and had to find another hotel at the last minute.

Everything was great!

Clean room.Sheets and pillows smelled good.Good quality toiletries.Lovely breakfast.Staff friendly.

Not good value as the room was small and there were no facilities.The bar was open to the staircase and our room was at the top of the stairs and any noise disturbed us.The bar area was open all night and there are no staff members around to stop the party.

Breakfast was good but more information should be given on possibilities of a cooked breakfast. Perhaps a toaster could be made available.more lighting on stairs. Position of TV in room 101 is not good. As it is a hazard.

Due to the renovation of the hotel, breakfast could not be served at the hotel.

Air conditioner coolder than we expected

Great location in the heart of Vicenza, a walk away from everything. Tasty breakfast. Great shower in the bathroom. Stylish hotel. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check-in quite late.

The room was very small (we had a hard time opening a big suitcase). Lack of free parking space (although we were lucky to find a spot right in front of the hotel).

The entrance room is SO welcoming; cool; hip, and practical. Having books and newspapers is so welcome. Everywhere was impecably clean and our room was lovely and bright. The staff were happy to organise an electric bike and various taxis for us; and they recomended Ceppo for lunch which was exceptional. They made our stay so easy. Thank you.

Room 101 for me has poor lighting and a bathroom so small the sink is in the bedroom. Not to my likingBreakfast was also a little disappointing after reading rave reviews. .

The bed and pillow is very comfortable.The design of the hotel is stylish.Location is good. working distance to the center.
