CityHotel Cristina Vicenza

The room, the breakfast, the owners were all wonderful. The hotel is in a good location compared to the train station. Vicenza is nice town and good base for visiting Venice, Padua, Verona and the surrounding.

I wish the hotel could have made the weather less rainy ; ) Considering it is winter, I suppose it was to be expected. At least they had umbrellas for hotel guest use and the city is pretty nice even when it's raining.

Nothing. We liked everything

This hotel is at walking distance from the city centre of Vicenza and offers convenient safe private parking behind a garage door. The room was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also great.

The entry into the parking lot is quite tight and we were lucky that we could turn our car around when leaving the hotel, so we did not have to drive our car backwards out of the parking lot. When we arrived, we didn't know where the entry to the parking lot was, so we parked on the street after having passed the hotel. But since it is a one-way street, this means that you have to drive around a block to get back to the hotel and enter the parking lot. It would have been nice to be warned about this upfront by the hotel, because then we could tried to park before the hotel. The breakfast is served in a relatively small room without windows in the back of the hotel.

Very centrally located. Also very clean and nice complementary breakfast.

Need to update air conditioning. My room was a noisy unit and barely kept the room livable. Few times I had to open windows and door was cooler outside and in the hallway

Location, parking ,quiet clean

Close to the city center making it easy to walk there. We were able to use the limited space available for parking. Rooms are sufficient and decorated nicely. Breakfast was good but the fruit was lesser quality.

Our shower was broken. The room was hot. Even with air on high it never cooled down. The parking lot is very small and tight. Large cars won't fit.

The room was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast staff is very attentive.

Parking

Great host, spotless clean, nice breakfast, nice decoration, close by to the station.

2 very small beds, can´t open one window because it´s blocked by one bed. Area is practical but not nice.

It is dirty, very low budget, can’t be a 3 star hotel, the blankets are so old and the bedsheets were full with hair!

The position of the hotel is great, at just 5 mins from the city center. Beds were really comfortable and during our stay there weren’t any noises at night. Even though we had some small issues with the room facilities, they were quickly solved by the staff.I have also used the hotel parking which was very useful.

Old fashioned blankets

Easy to access from Vicenza station 12 minutes on foot.Staff was very kind to search the train time table access to the Venezia airport. There were two supermarkets nearby the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. No bus tub but shower corner and drainage was good.Next time, I will select this hotel again.

Nice and close to the train station to avoid that interminable trudge over cobble stones. An easy walk to all the sights and a comfortable bed to come home to.

The hot water took a while to come through, but when it did, it was nice and hot.

Great location accessible to the city centre by walking. The front desk staff was very kind and informative. Room and bathroom were clean.The room was small and compact with a nice window looking into the back courtyard/parking. The included breakfast was organized and had many options.

Not far from the train station. Good sized room. Cheap wines. Friendly staff.

The bathroom door always gets stuck, so either you leave it open (it will swing wide open), or you close it and ask your friend/family to open it for you from outside. No view whatsoever from the window.
